It may be hard getting one as many of the mobile operators wont be selling them and HP dont have any online either until possible later this week

The fact Carphone will sell it doesn't surprise me. The other operators likely don't want to touch it due to support reasons possibly and also margin they would levy on the handset... compared to the iphone 5 that will soon be released and the cheaper Iphone 4... where there is more money to be made for the operator... then you have the Pre 3 that spoils the party again for Apple (as per the Touchpad has, to a degree)...

A bargain however is a bargain and if it's been sold in Germany, and sold succssfully, it will here also...

This ia perfect timimng for me as my phone hasdecided it's working any more looked on gsm arena for the spec looks not too bad.
