Oih, cheeky, I did actually search this thread! If you have a look through this thread you'll see this happens quite frequently, you'll see many of the deals are repeated, even ones I've posted. I've not commented in the passed as I gather most people viewing this either miss previous posts or don't have time to search through this thread.

You are right though, it would help if people did search first before posting, but as hogshead has pointed out, things can get easily overlooked. My mistake though admittedly.

People can search all they want but, if you don't know an offer is there - how can you search for it ??
I find it very useful when people update the last page with a really good offer that will sell out.

Lego police station I know it's £53 on Argos but I ordered from very at £60 but opened an account with them and got £25 off the order so including delivery cost me £39 woo hoo my SS will love it and bargin for me

Wooohoo !!! just reserved the Lego City airport at our local Argos for £61

Now, I wonder if they are going to reduce each Lego range in turn between now and Christmas ??

Edit to add : but just discovered its only £54 on Amazon. Can I cancel an Argos reservation?

yes there was, I found one online, i have removed from this post since its not allowed but i can PM if you want? i phoned through to place the order and the 1st girl put it through ok but i got cut off before order placed, the 2nd girl said she couldnt get it to work but put her code for the same deal in.

typical back up to £50.74 now :-( my son wants one of these and that would have been a fab price for it.

LEGO City Fire Station 388/1659 is currently £46.49 at Argos if you follow post #384 above though might be worth waiting a while for a better offer.

Scroll through the last few pages if you can, otherwise I agree.

if you go to the top of the thread there is a "search this thread" option - type in "advent" or "fire" or whatever and it'll show you the posts in the thread.

Just don't go and collect. It will go back in to stock when your reservation ends.
