Hello have just subscribed to this thread - can I ask this question too please!

I really wanted the advent calander but my argos is out of stock :(

Try searching iCheckStock. Just enter your postcode and the Argos item number or name, iCheckStock will show if there's any other stores near you that might sell the item(s) you're after. iCheckStock also has a reserve button if there's any available for reserve and collect, this will take you to the item on Argos's website, just enter the postcode in the Check stock in your area box of the store where the item is available. The store postcode will be mentioned on iCheckStock after completing a search, you'll need to copy this, or any other, before hitting Reserve.

    Or see post #409 above.

  • Argos currently have 25% off all the Lego City range and includes the 2011 Advent Calenders if you're after one.

If you can't see this offer via the link below, go to their home page, click on Lego City next to where it says Save 25%, and then scrole down a bit, it should say £13.49.

    LEGO® City Advent Calender 2011 - Was £17.99 Now £13.49 at Argos

Thanks so much, managed to get 2 today. I nearly bought two the other day for 19.99, so glad I didn't.
