The last time I bought CMFs from Argos I sweetly asked whether they'd mind awfully if I did just that- they brought me the box to choose my own!

You can always take the ones they give you and fondle them at home- then just return and exchange the ones you don't need.

Thanks for that, will check that out now. Saw Friends ones today at Legoland but £18.99 for a first watch that will probably get lost seems wrong.

Saw the Lego annual in Sainsbury for £3 today. All other 2013 annuals were £4 but all the Lego ones were £3. Nit sure if that was just a mistake in my store as the stand did say 'Annuals from £4'

I collected my advents and other friends sets today (they even brought collectors cards without me having to ask) and have already returned the two I got for £16 each from isme.

Keep checking the argos stock, I have finally located a butterfly beauty shop which was oos for 33 mile radius since before the promotion began but checked this morning and 4 stores in a 10m radius had 1 per store. I also noticed several other friends items have been re-stocked.

I've also reserved a large pink brick box but am at a loss what to buy as my third item. Would have liked another beauty shop to save as a birthday gift but only 1 per store. Might have to get another pink brick box instead or buy from 2 stores, return all to my local store and re-buy the three I'd like to keep. No non-lego items in that price range I want or need that are in stock.

Just had an e-mail through from Amazon that the Lego friends Brickmaster I pre-ordered has been dispatched and it is now in stock at Amazon for £12.99 if anyone else needs one.

Really pleased with my progress today but won't feel satisfied until I've got the beauty shop in my possession.

Got my ( sons !) Star wars advent today

Was just in ASDA, they had a few Lego City sets half price at £7.
They were, the tipper truck 4434, dirt bike transporter 4433, car and caravan 4435.
