Lego deals thread......Please post finds here

Argos 3 for 2 is pretty good. I got:

Friends camper 3184 RRP £29.99
Friends cafe 3061 RRP £29.99
Disney Brave set RRP £29.99

So that was £59.98 and I got a £5 voucher which I used to buy 3 of the £10 Friends sets for £15.

So £120s worth for £75.

There wasn't much Friends stock left though hence I only got 2 of the bigger sets.

It also comes with reward stickers which if you collect 4 you get a free friends gift but they didn't have the booklet I needed which was frustrating.

I wouldn't worry too much about the collector card for the Friends stickers, I had to ask at 3 branches of Argos before I found someone who knew about it. The gift is a small handbag, not actual lego as I expected but worth getting if its free. Just keep asking round until you get the right person.

I did quite well on Lego Friends too, got 2 advents and the horse trailer on one reservation and 3 of the £10 sets on another. However the Butterfly beauty shop which I desperately need was OOS for delivery and nearest stock was 33 miles away even before the promotion started. Its all I need now to complete our collection of Friends so very infuriating.

It is a shame so many of you are in areas with no lego friends in stock. Couldn't get anything online this morning so went instore to pick a small reservation and a piece of furniture that wasn't in stock.
I of course looked through the toys and suprisingly most the lego friends stuff was in stock. I considered buying a few things but dd is still a bit young. I got advent calender at smyths last week so she will enjoy that and maybe the big sets will be better in the next couple of years. I did get lego ninjago jay's storm fighter and a my little pony fashion set both from old clearance. Tried adding a 3rd item but no 3 for 2 on clearance I guess.

on Amazon the lego harbour is 45% off which seems to be a bit of a bargain

Got Lego City Advent & Lego Friends Advent both reserved at Argos, not in stock as such but will be instore on Monday so should just be able to get the 3 for 2. I haven't added a 3rd item on my reservation yet as wanted to get those 2 ordered whilst I browsed to choose a 3rd item.

Thanks for the link for the collectors cards. None of my local stores had the advent in stock but all had option to have it delivered to store FOC before the promotion ends. Have you tried reserving it again, in case that option is now available? and at least quantities aren't limited to 1 per customer like at Boots.


Typically Smyths have the beauty shop in stock now the promotion has ended....Grrrrrrrr, I am determined to get it with minimum 20% off.

it shows online as being in the deal it wont show up on your reservation but should come off in store if it does not i would argue as it said its included
