Could you walk home from school? would that destress you (and the kids?) just as a way of getting some exercise into your week? Just because exercise is s great stress buster? Well done on ex bf helping out with the food. He sounds lovely. Did i miss why is an ex?
chevI want a job that is less than an hour driving away from my house! Are you listening universe?

I find walking really de stresses me. We are lucky as we have lots of lovely countryside around so the fresh air and the exercise keeps me slightly sane

I have also had a headache now since Saturday and I think I suffer with headaches that are weather related, a kind of a storm is a brewing type thing. When I get one of these, no amount of paracetamol will make it go away :-(Just keep swimming!0

Satchmo - I do clench my teeth! I have been really trying to stop, trying lots of labour techniques I teach my women. And I know the thumb technique you mean! How funny! A boy taught me this when I was in the sixth form because I used to get headaches then to - it really does work with easing the pain but depends to work only for as long as you do it. I'm doing it now inbetween typing and it does really work! The other forum is Memory Girl's Matrix. The only thing is I'm never sure what to do at the end of the 15 mins?! I tried a change in routine instead. I felt really rough so I had a long hot soak in the bath and left the kids to it. When I got out I put my pj's on and made a big old pot of ratatouille for dinner and made sure there was enough for lunch for next couple of days (I have not been eating properly) and 3 lots in the freezer for future emergency teas
. Then, sat down to House of Elliott - my current guilty pleasure which the boys lovingly avoid me during and take themselves to bed! Tucked them in, cleaned the kitchen, had a quick chat to a friend about a possible business proposition and then brought myself up to bed with a book. And feeling very virtuous indeed! Headache still rumbling away but will be tucked up in 10!
Chevalier, I quite enjoy walking to and from work/school when I am organised enough to do it. The only problem is that it is the best part of 2 miles and takes soooo long with the littlies. I've tried with scooters but DS3 still gets tired and DS2 is struggling with his co-ordination and energy by then (we think he's dyspraxic). Would like to do bikes but only 2 of us have a bike. I would love to find a way around this because I completely agree, the exercise would do us all good. And I'm a little bit worried because DS1 is putting on weight (please don't panic, I haven't made him aware of this, I'm just very conscious that I need to take responsibility for increasing his opportunities to be active). And I definitely have pounds to lose!!! Maybe if I just set 1 day a week? Although i am terrible at a daily routine let alone changes to the routine! Eep! I need to do something!
I didn't really mention about the break up with the bf because it has all been a bit sad. Mutual decision based on needing different things. And very, very simply I do not have time to give to a relationship at the moment - I have to be completely selfish and focus on getting this divorce settled and making the best future for me and my boys. I've never really been single though and I'm not really much good at it! I'm getting better I suppose.
Okay, my lovely, lovely people. I think this girl needs an early night so i am going to take your well wishes and positive thoughts to bed and hope for an energised and headache free day in the morning (unclench!) xxCommercial Debt £14587.22 Student Debt £7747.73
