    Hi all,

Bramble the house looks lush - good luck x
Noahsmum - must be a poorly cat day, our big boy !!!!!cat woke me up this morning feeling very sorryi for himself and got upset when I laughed at him - he looked like the Gruffello with his lower canine tooth stuck out at a weird angle - got him straight to the vets, who removed it and gave him a bag of pills and potions for it (£80 thank you very much!). He,s now sat on my lap desparate for love - blesssss... :)

HM Burgers and chips tonight - sticking to the meal planning, but could kick myself for what I have spent this month, but can,t odds paying for school uniform and vets bill - will try and be good next month.....

Have a great evening all x

Noah's Mum - thinking positive thoughts for the pusscat. What a pain about the car! I hope the rest of the year is a bit less challenging for you and your family.

Churchmouse - please wish Ivyleaf a quick recovery.

Redruby - how's the labouring going?

Brambles - the house looks really lovely.

Dinner is on - pork chops (from our local farm), runner beans (also from our local farm!), cabbage, potatoes, and gravy. Pudding will be fresh peaches from the tree in the garden, along with some blackberries which I need to go and pick right now - I almost forgot!

Hope you all have a good evening.

    Evening all

Islandmaid - my cat had same problem this week too!
Churchmouse - thanks for updating us on Ivyleaf
Iveyleaf - hope your feeling ok x
Bitsy - hope you have a fab holiday

Odd weather today, sunny and then big showers. Showered every time I wanted to take work kids out! :rotfl:

Work is bit frustrating at moment, not the work kids, but the politics and procedures side. I was [STRIKE]ordered[/STRIKE] told that I had to attend a meeting tomorrow to discuss our new qualification and must give my work kids the day off as there was no-one to cover, then got told at 3pm that the meeting has been moved to Tues, but I'd already told my work kids so they won't be in tomorrow . Grrrr! work kids worked well today though, they finished their education portfolio and we planned what they are going to do for their team challenge - take old people and disabled young people out on days trips, work kids were really into planning it :).

Feeling bit better today, only had a few dizzy spells as opposed to all day dizziness :). Got accupuncture tomorrow so hopefully it will help.

OS wise - need to make packed lunch, dinner will be something like omelette and beans.

    Have a good evening all

Will be thinking about Fatcat - we've always had cats and I can imagine how worried you must be.

    Hi all,

Out early this am for OH's hospital visit, had some things to do so was ages getting home....had left clothes inside as rain predicted...they would have been dry if I had them out....am seriously discombobulated!

Taplady...hope that you feel better to-morrow.

No cooking done here today, heated leftovers for dinner, so feeling very lazy...should have done kitchen freezer but freezer in shed which I had powered off for ages wouldn't work when I turned it on on Sunday so have nowhere to move stuff too....not sure what the problem is, nor how I am going to store the beans which are beginning to come in pounds now....used to buy dried beans years ago but wasnt mad about them, so may have to try 'canning', there will be courgettes to preserve too and tomatoes and peppers...cannot even consider replacing outdoor freezer, will have to appeal to brother to see if he can suss out what is wrong, have replaced plug fuse, which is the limit of my electrical know-how!

Was working out to-day that in order to visit DD3 in Oz next year I will need to save something like €65 per week in the meantime...doable some weeks only so may be a more frugal trip than originally planned.

NPM....poor Fatcat, good luck with diagnosis.

Churchmouse....thanks for letting us know about Ivy, glad to hear all went well.

Missing JackieO, hope that she is having a good holiday.

Not speaking to JackieG....she knows why!!

Love to all, sleep well, stay safe
