NPM - Positive vibes for fat cat xxxx Am determined to be on a roll today. Have solved the problem of wet beds - have bought "nighttime pants". I know it doesn't solve the issue, but it lets me get some extra sleep so I can think about it rationally. Have bought huge plastic boxes to tidy up the top of the boys wardrobes with - now the spare duvets (winter use only!) are stored in there, and then I went through their rooms like a dose and cleared all the junk out. Then decluttered the cleaned sleeping bags and pillows etc back to the camper van and have cleaned that too. Just waiting til OH comes back from doctors so we can take it back to the storage place. Will get onto small utility next as OH has taken out a small cupboard and put HUGE shelves in the alcove, so I can hopefully store a lot more and it will look neater too.
Dinner tonight for them will be meatloaf with veggies (better get it out of the freezer!) and prawns and veggies for me. Have to go and deal with the latest drama!! Happy Wednesday all xxxMe, OH, grown DS, (other DS left home) and Mum (coming up 80!). Considering foster parenting. Hints and tips on saving £ always well received. Xx
March 1st week £80 includes a new dog bed though £63 was food etc for the week.0 -

cons - in the middle of nowhere only thing within walking distance is a pub (directly opposite - and not really a con in my books!)

Good Afternoon All.
Hope you're feeling better Tappers and enjoying your "me time" day.
Have been to gym and walked the dogs so exercise is done at least. Washing done and hanging in the conservatory - although as I type the sun has come out, so might transfer to the line.
Cleaned and tidied kitchen too. Need to visit DS today although he may be discharged late today. Can't get there until late as I'm finally having my eyes checked this afternoon. I'm hoping for great things - everything is just very slightly blurred these days.
NPM, fingers crossed for Fatcat.
Have a good day all. Take care.Resolution:

2nd freezer defrosted, oven on with a piece of ham to be sliced for sarnies & a fish pie for tonights tea.
Towels in the wash & bed stripped & remade, time to put my feet up with a cuppa.

I'm going to go mad. After a bad episode of BD I've gone back to drinking. DH is away for 2 weeks and doesn't want me home alone so I'm being packed off to my parents. They mean well but they drive me mad. Normally a weekend is about all I can cope with. Won't be able to fly either - and I've got to work out how to get me and hound on train with all clothes and my business from Glasgow to London.
Think I'll be spending a lot of time here. Anyone live near Blackheath?
ETA: bramble. House looks fab. I love the view.GC Mar 13 £47.36/£1500 -
Wanted to go to the allotment for the first time today to start clearing the massive amount of weeds, unfortunately it started raining about 10 mins ago so will have to go another day now
I might sort out my clothes in the wardrobe and chest of draws instead see what I can get rid of.0 -

thanks Beemuzed, I'm stiff coughing away but its not too bad if I eat lots of ice cream:D - I've lazed about, watched some stuff on sky plus, read my book, had a nap and surfed the net a bit. Tonight its SW Woman of the Year where we're having a party so I'll get my glad rags on and pop out for a natter to my friends there.
Back to work tomorrow.
Just started pouring here! glad I got the washing in.
DS has gone to meet his GF off the bus so had better see what I can rustle up for tea.
Bramble - lovely house x x xDo what you love :happyhear0
