Nothing has changed on this, new wording states (except for a more complicated cashback page).

The month you purchased your handset will be month 'Zero'. Month 'One' is your first full billed month. So for example, if you ordered your handset in January and need to claim in month 6, we will need your July bill.

Presumably they corrected their wording as per the earlier reply by mobiles rep.

As usual you are giving VERY bad advice. Something most definitely HAS changed and no doubt it will not only lead to confusion for many but declined claims in the future.

Anyone considering ordering a phone with this wording should be very cautious and know which month's bill they will need to use for each claim for their particular contract - and two people ordering contracts in the same month may end up with different claim months even where the contract lenghts and cashback values are equal.

Mobiles.co seem to have decided to muddy the waters once again. Expect some declined claims in about 7 months time.

We'd just like to clear up any confusion. We have not amended our cashback claim/policy we have have simply updated the page to try and make the process clearer to our customers. If you feel there are areas which could be improved within the web page please feel free to contact us via our feedback forms on the mobiles.co.uk website.

And as usual you are ranting! - I am not giving advice - I am trying to get to the bottom of any change - which apparently there has been none.

Now go away and stop bugging me.

Personally I do not like the new page - its got too many drop downs now. How about just a simple page layout which sums up what a person needs to do to make their cashback claims. The e2save cashback page looks ok though!

"Improvements" which create not only confusion but contradict themselves. The new, "clearer" instructions mean that month "0" can and often will be the SAME as month "1" - which in turn makes the "example" incorrect and the first claim would be due in June and not July.

Only Mobiles.co could do such an excellent job in muddying the waters and such a nonsense - which has already clearly led at least one simpleton to assume nothing has changed rather than using their brain (if they had one) to realise that it has.

No you do an excellent job in muddying every thread on this forum which is remotely to do with CPW. This thread will get closed soon as per normal. Because of your arrogant, repetitive ranting towards others on this forum.

If you do not like the company, do not USE IT - no one is forcing to use them!

What is that supposed to mean?

If you got anything worthwhile to say, then say it. Don't repeat your nonsense which you have been doing on here because of your personal gripes or whatever problem you have. Make a point which is relevent to thread matter, not your own personal propaganda - whatever that is.
