Hello Lafaux
I rang welcome today and they advised me my claimis at stage 5 . it has gone to management to check over and they have everything they need and complied to fcsc rules ..
Have not got a clue what happens next but they have said its upheld.
Hope it does not take much longer ..
Hows your claim going ?
thanks
We got told that in June, still waiting :mad:0 -
Have you rang them to ask why they have not processed your claim since june ??
Id be on the phone everyday ...
They make me mad because if you owed them they would be on the phone to you and charging you £20 per call (capitalisation )
If they owe you then you have to wait !!!
You should ring and complain0 -
We ring them every 2 weeks. Last call on 7/12 they said their computer was 'spitting it out and not calculating the figures' and that I should write in and complain. Whcih I have done. Going to ring them again today and not going to ring and pay them on Friday

Hi there...
I was wondering if someone could advise me...
I have been offered a settlement figure through the FSCS for my mis sold pppi policy from welcome...and they are saying that the settlement figure has to be taken off my outstanding balance and not a cheque given back to myself.
I obviously do no agree with this as it is my own money they have taken. And i want it back.
Can someone please advise me on how to go about getting my money back from them??
Thank you!

Effectively that means I will be payin interest on the PPI for the remAining term of the loan. Interested in hearin if anyone has chAllenged this?
I am also in the same boat as you...
Can someone please advise? As i believe this is total crap- its our money and we should have it payed back not taken off the balance. Welcome are still winning in this way...0 -
