I have been with NTL for years, when ever I have had to phone the Broadband techies. I get through straight away and they have always got it working for me. Unless there is obviously a line fault which has happened twice in 6+years.

They are in my opnion excellent. I do alot of downloading and they have never complained.

NTL broadband is good, never had any problems with it.
I currently get family pack + sky sports, talk unlimited and 4mb internet for £47.

I moved house and simply rang up asking if they would match other deals i had found from other companies, they did and im pleased with the price im paying.
