Unfortunately haven't heard from either Plusnet rep or their help team, which is a shame.I am an IFA, but nothing I say on this forum constitutes financial advice. Always draw your own conclusions and always do your own research.0

Hi,
Really sorry about the lack of replies. I've been talking to our marketing team and we're collating any customers who've not been sent the vouchers yet and will be sending that list off either today or tomorrow. We expect them to be delivered within the next week or so.
I'm sorry that seems to have moved the goalposts again, we'll keep chasing and I'll let you know as soon as we have any more information.“Official Company Representative

Unfortunately there's still been no reply to the query since the 2nd september on the e-messaging system and no vouchers!
I wonder if my grandmother is the only person in the country not to get them...I am an IFA, but nothing I say on this forum constitutes financial advice. Always draw your own conclusions and always do your own research.0 -
I've got to say I'm disappointed/shocked that Plus.net haven't responded since the 4th of September regarding the non-payment of the vouchers.
This is now over two weeks without a suitable response despite multiple queries having been sent since.
Although the company rep here said they were expected to be delivered in a week or so (on the 8th) there has been no communication since.
This is incredibly poor customer service, guys.I am an IFA, but nothing I say on this forum constitutes financial advice. Always draw your own conclusions and always do your own research.0 -
Hi qpop,
Talk Talk? Ouch!
Really sorry I've not been back to update. We sent the list of people who'd been missed off to Amazon at the end of last week (we wanted to make sure we'd gathered as many together as possible) and a number of those were sent out yesterday. I understand some have been rejected as the vouchers have already been used but there's still a few to send, I'll check what's happening with her account for you and pop back shortly.
ETA: Just confirmed that her details have been sent off and received by amazon. Unfortunately this will be the first time they've received them so there will be a couple of days before it comes through, but they are definitely on route now and despite what's been said before are definitely on the way.“Official Company Representative

I'll reserve judgement until they're actually received; they should be sent by e-mail yeah?
Cheers.I am an IFA, but nothing I say on this forum constitutes financial advice. Always draw your own conclusions and always do your own research.0 -
Understandable. Yes, they'll come via email - I believe that should be to the address on the account, unless a different one was put in when ordering.“Official Company Representative

Glad you got a response, I was given a load of old twaddle and told not entitled to it.(£30.00 voucher)
Have escalated the complaint now waiting for reply. I only moved because the service I was receiving was poor and the voucher tipped the scales.
The service is very good but admin and marketing leaves a lot to be desired.0
