Plusnet £30 amazon voucher delay

Hello,

Just wondering if anyone signed up to Plusnet this year when the £30 amazon voucher offer was available? It was meant to be delivered a month after my broadband activation, but nothing has come.

I've since asked when they will be sending the voucher but they keep saying there's been a delay. Its almost 2 months late now.

Has anyone received anything from them yet?

    That's a good point, I signed my grandmother up to the service as she was using non LLU Tesco broadband (eep!) and haven't received anything whatsoever. Signed up June

  • Yep just had an email through from Plusnet saying I should receive the voucher code by September 2nd. Thank you for the response.

  • I received my voucher code last week. I had logged 2 questions on the plusnet website about this so you might want to chase them again if they haven't responded!

    All the vouchers have now been sent out, it should have been received to the email address they've got set in their account details - if it doesn't seem to have been please check the spam folder as it might have ended up in there.

    If you still don't have any joy please post a ticket ID from their account in here and I'll get the details and chase it up for you.

    The vouchers were half the reason we signed up in the first place and the sign-up took place through the vouchers page. I've checked the webmail attached, and the e-mail address associated with the account (mine) and they're in neither.
