Evening all
Phew, I'm not sure I can remember everything after just catching up with the thread since this morning.
Congratulations to all exam result recipients and their parents!
Serena - hope the car is now sorted and stays that way!
cat - so glad it wasn't bad news. Glad you could 'tell' us about it and I hope the symptoms can be sorted.
pigpen - I can e-mail you my phone number if you need a listening ear!short_bird wrote: »Mrs C, how big are the Disney cards? I have a business card holder which could fit the bill.
Thanks! He really needs one of those book things for card collecting, as there will hopefully be 99 cards if we can source the missing 14. They are about playing card size, similar to Pokemon, football cards etc.
It's been a strange sort of day, with lots of driving around and talking to various people. Glad I'm settled with the laptop, catching up with myself now. Apart from the stuff I've crossed out I've taken OH and DS2 to swimming lesson, collected OH from shopping centre (after a misunderstanding), taken OH to bowling green for match, taken DS1 to same shopping centre for new tracky bottoms and dropped OH off at the club.
This week's listy:

WM x 3, DW x 1, sorted lots of stuff for freecycle, made lots of bacon sarnies for the bumpkin teens and a cake/crumble type thing with leftover apples & pears. Diffused an argument about who had taken the blue tack and where was it now:o apparently it was imperative to find it as otherwise the One Direction posters couldn't go up. I needn't have bothered painting her room she's done a bloody good job papering it with OD, JLS, Bieber etc.
Applied for more jobs; I have a big long detailed spreadsheet to amaze the Job Centre people tomorrow
Goodnight all

Thank you MrsC.. but no.. I appreciate the offer, Ill be fine I think..
Though.. when I had a strop at OH the other day I told him when he asks what is wrong and I say nothing that means it is his fault.. so when he asked me today and I said nothing I had to add that on this occasion it was not his fault lol..LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0 -
