Good evening to all x I have been lurking about for ages and now I have gone from 'I really should' to 'I absolutely must' join in. I have 2 littlies, 4 pets and a pernickety hubby who thinks it is easy to keep the house spotless and work 2 jobs and still find time to play with aforementioned kids and pets.

from tomorrow I will be keeping up with the lists, but for today I have
washed, dried and put away 2 loads (I absolutely don't do ironing until it's out to wear as cupboards are so small it would get creased again),
washed and put away all pots,
    hoovered LR, hall, kitchen.
moved all kids toys back to bedroom,
hung all coats back up that were dumped in front room
, binned a sack full of carp,
built shelves salvaged from tj hughes as they closed,
sewed on 2 more name tapes to uniform
freecycled table and chairs and weightbench(already collected)
    plus other bits and pieces
and still found time to spend 3 hrs on the park playing swing tag, and had a neighbours dd over to play for a couple of hrs before bed
and have lovely stories and cuddles at kids bedtime:)

on top of tomorrows list i need to boil and pickle a bucket full of beetroot and peel and stew a sack of apples.
    freecycler and skip diver extraordinnaire:cool:

That's what you thought... We were just being polite!

Be kind to yourself LW. It sounds as if you need to give yourself a break. Cuddle up on the sofa with ted tomorrow and let him look after you.
  • Ok so final update - didn't manage any of the 'must dos for this week' son not copied them across.

[STRIKE]Kitchen level 3 [/STRIKE](bit of a cheat really as kitchen just been refurbished and everything all nice and shiny anyway but just to keep it that way!)

    Other things today:

    [STRIKE]at least one hour ironing[/STRIKE]
    [STRIKE]one hour bedroom declutter [/STRIKE](well it's a start!)
[STRIKE]gym - walk up there to save petrol and increase exercise[/STRIKE]
    sort out lease for DD
[STRIKE]wash kitchen door frame and windows - still traces of plaster and yukk from kitchen installation[/STRIKE]
    scan dental receipts for refund

Not too bad for my first day but not as productive as I would like considering I had all day. Nevermind, there's always tomorrow....

    Goodnight all.
Proud to be dealing with my debts
