!!!!!!?! I have a stunning pair of design sandals that I can't sell at a ridiculously bargain price, and people are buying things like that out there?
There are some seriously wierd people on Ebay!
Looking at the listing, I think what you need to do is take a picture of your bare feet in the shoes, then bare feet flat beside the shoes, then of your feet on tiptoes beside the shoes, not in any pervy or suggestive way, of course. No, not at all. Don't forget the trashy bright nail polish, and add the words 'sweaty' or 'trashed' or 'smelly' and Bob's your uncle!:rotfl:Reason for edit? Can spell, can't type!0 -

Yeh and you might have a few 'Uncle Bobs' knocking on your door asking for a personal viewing!0 -
I have recently sold a pair of stinky pumps on eBay for the first time. I had to relist them as they didn't sell the first time.
I had a couple of interesting messages too asking to come and sniff my feet in person, but I find them amusing more than anything.
I am a bit miffed as the winner offered to buy them outright for £10 if I ended the auction early, which I didn't. He got them for less than this, but still sent me a message afterward complaining the postage was too high!0 -

Well... If the shoe fits :rotfl: (sorry)
Out of morbid curiosity, I looked him up on Facebook, which led me to his MySpace page where he casually talks about said fetish; there is even a picture of him with a leash on at some fetish convention. Whatever makes you happy.
The flats I wear for work have just worn through and now have a hole in, the problem is they don't smell as I've always worn tights with them. So that's my next mission.0 -
Im a record dealer specializing in 60s-90s vinyl, check your lofts people, despite what a lot of people think there is a good market for vinyl, get them on ebay with some photos and a list, for the best price break them down into as many lots as possible(ie genres, years, artists), make sure there is nothing damaged and even check them, people like picture sleeves, you also have to be able to post them as this will affect the price hugely. If you have the right thing you can get a fortune for them and even if not you'll make a few quid.
This for example, although I doubt these were ever sold in HMV.

Well I never!
I need to get a less sheltered life.
My disgusting wrecked, knackered, stinky trainers that even make me boak (Scottish term - look it up!) - could be fetching me £10 a go??
Indeedy some strange people in the big bad world out there!

I can't believe someone bought those shoes! I shall definitely be getting some of my old shoes up there :P
In regards to the bags, does anybody else use the cardboard bags as wrapping? I had a birthday present in an ann summers bag which I'm using as wrapping, and I use primark bags. Also, I think I read it in this thread, but wallpaper! I have several rolls in my nans garage so when I run out of the wrapping I'm using at the moment, I'm going to start on a roll of wallpaper! I thought it was a handy little tip when I heard it so wanted to pass it on incase you hadn't thought of it.0 -
Well i haven't posted for a few days but i have been popping on to have a look at how well you are all doing :A:T.
I started on the kitchen a few days ago and have decluttered 3 cupboards and 3 draws so far, still got a long way to go but it's a great start for me :j, in 2 of the draws alone i got rid of a LARGE bagful of paperwork, some dated back 6 years .
For any of you who do lists like i do on cozi, i read on a forum
"It is better to have a short list that gets done and not a long one that depresses us!" Very true i thought.
I can see you are all keeping up the good work, well done everyone.
ETS Whoops wrong thread, how i ended up here i don't know :O, Sorry.
