I have thought seriously about selling my old shoes to the foot fetishists in the past, haha... I work on my feet all day, and regularly replace my work shoes because they are always absolutely minging after a few months and only fit for the bin. There is a certain group of men who seem to pay big money for things like that! I have no idea why? I just can't bring myself to do it though... I don't think it is worth them possibly stalking me forever for the sake of a few quid!

Do it! I do it and I have sold one pair of shoes for £28 + postage in the past. Most of the time, shoes are worth more when they are ready for the bin! :)

Do people buy mens old shoes? DH has loads that are only good for the bin lol

    No.

*Whispers* I'm tempted to point out that women have more sense.
Reason for edit? Can spell, can't type!
  • My friend sold a broken iphone for £180 it was mentioned about 5 times on the ad that it was faulty and shed been unable to get it repaired

She only listed it due to a staffroom conversation about how you could sell ANYTHING on ebay

We can only assume perhaps a little insurance claim was going to be made by the buyer

I also sold the fascia for a car stereo, no stereo just the fascia.... it was in the glovebox of my car and the bandits who broke in only took the radio. I was going to dump it but got £35 for it

I received 2 free O2 sim cards in the post a couple of weeks ago. Listed one last week and had someone local ask if they could come pick it up before the listing ended *kaching!* no ebay fees or paypal fees as the listing was started at 99p. And the other one is being listed atm :)

Keep anything that comes in the post to put on there! I have 2 decaffeinated tea bags on there which came through the post but thye've been on there since march so I'm not holding out much hope for them :P

I wish I'd known about selling used shopping/carrier bags when I cleared out all my fancy shop bags (you know, the Harvey Nicks ones and the cardboard variety) and just chucked them away :rotfl: I'm loving this thread!!
