My personal plan is 2 weeks unless they give a good reason...and I trust them ;) if they mess me about that time decreases, I just can't be doing with the faff
And I'd do the returns when I pay for my order so I don't pay for the items out of my own pocket

The Returns period is now 28 days for customers, 45 days for Rep to return to Avon.

I give my customers 2 wks to pay. If by the day before my next order is due to go in I have not received a sufficient excuse for non payment I will just advise them the order is being returned which allows me to clear my balance with Avon ready for all my dedicated paying customers to get their new orders in on time. Only if it is a trusted customer or friend do I keep and pay for them till they are able to pay. I have only had to do this once.

Sorry if this has been asked before...
can you do 2 catalogue type things at the same time, so like Avon and Kleeneze?

  • Hi everyone,

Thought I would say hello, I'm just starting up as a rep. I've done it before but then moved to an area with no activity but now back in a hopefully decent area so starting again. Cannot wait, they didn't have the online personal books last time i was here.

Just got a website set up to link it and getting my labels and intro letter ready as we speak

Guess who got herself into a flap today (having one of those days) and put £50 of her own money towards paying her Avon bill off forgetting that there was £72 credit to be applied after a wrongly applied re-charge :o Didn't help that it said there was only £31 worth of credits pending when I checked my account earlier :( Oh well, I'll just make that £50 my profit for the next campaign and take it as cash to do the grocery shopping with instead :o:rotfl: Lesson learnt: don't try doing tax return account sorting on the same day I'm supposed to be putting an order through :o

Just wondering whether anyone else is finding they're being recharged for stuff they've sent back more than usual? I've just had to put an additional order through (£50 worth of stuff so it was worth it :D) and decided to check my invoice for my stuff due Wednesday. Yet again they've recharged me and are saying they've not got £110 worth of stuff back (although they're only currently recharging me £58 due to when the returns went through) when I sent it back with the same day the campaign 9 delivery arrived (I'm due the campaign 11 delivery Wednesday). I've never had this before in 3 years of being a rep.
