I have another question (I know, I'm a pain in the bum!) - how do you order from first look? I only have 2 options on the order form (c14 or c15) and I want to order a few items from First Look. I have tried just putting the product code in under c15 but it doesnt work!

I've got to disagree with your ASM here! I'd strongly recommend carrying on with houses who don't return their first brochure (unless they said not to call again or were rude). I did what your ASM suggested when I first started, and re-canvassed those houses about 6 months later. I gained customers and they could have been ordering from me all that time. Ever since, I've always given out brochures for at least 3 campaigns in a row, whether they return brochures or not.

A third of my customer base didn't return their first brochure. That's a lot of orders I would have missed out on.

Ordering from First Look - I think they number these all wrong. The one you can order from in C15 (with the Luxe things on the cover) has "C17 2013" in big letters and "order in C15" much smaller underneath. So look for the small "order in..." bit to make sure it's the right campaign (and then you can backorder as well).

The only other things I can think of are:

- The item can't be backordered. Look for small-print on the page to see if that's the case. They sneak these in sometimes!
- Check that you're in the campaign you expect to be in. So when you log into the rep suite, look for the big pink C... in the top right and see what it says. That's your current campaign.

Have updated the links, the preview one for C1 doesn't seem to be working anymore, but have got up & including C18 now.

In C15 you are getting a first look at what will be in the C17 brochure and so on. At that point you are in C15 of course though, hence that is where you order any C17 items in advance at a discount - but only to demonstrate to customers, so that they can order them from you in C17.

Hello guys! (Me again!)

I am in the process of submitting my order. I have been given 20 books for free from my ASM - my 2nd campaign - C16. I decided to order another 25 books (this is showing as 1.62 per 5 books so the total is coming up as 8.10) however, on the order entry page it says this -

Buy more and save more! Order in packs of 5. Take advantage of discounted quantity pricing - order more than 3 packs and additional packs are just 50p each!

So surely the total should be coming out at 5.86 and not 8.10?? Am I doing something wrong?

!!!!!! Here - I meant that having C17 as the biggest number on the cover and referring to it as FL17 has the potential to confuse new reps.

Brochure pricing - this is effecting all brochures except for PC packs of 100. Avon are aware of it so hopefully it'll be sorted soon.
