Loving the colortrend glittery top coats - didn't try them last time they were in the book but decided to this time - I haven't the patience to attempt the proper nail art. It looks really nice, but was very hard doing my toe nails, especially my little toes took ages to get 2 bits of glitter to stay on lol

I usually email them via the contact us at the bottom of the website instead of call - just tell them that you have returned the items, list the items concerned, the date you sent them back, and state the barcode number you used to return them (all should be on your copy of the returns form the driver signed). Stress that they have been returned, and that you want recrediting for them as they have the products. Within a few days you should hear back saying they've done so, as they've magically found the products. It is unfortunately surprisingly common no matter how well you pack the products, but I guess they get a lot of returns and probably don't get them all processed in time.

A customer has asked me today if we can still get 24 carat gold lipstick.
I think it was in a sale leaflet a few campaigns ago but I just wondered if there is any way of tracing it. She has given me what she thinks are the codes Rosey gold 80213 and Pink 21012 but I've tried them on my order and it says not available on this order.
Just wondered if anyone has any ideas as she wants 4!!

    Hello everyone

I just joined Avon and got given all my first 2 campaigns today from my lovely SL.

    Looking forward to getting started!

I read somewhere about some people running 2 campaigns at once, can someone explain to me how that works please? Can't get my head around it!

I have 141 homes allocated at the mo, 20 books and my C09 order date is the 23rd. Eeeek!!

Hi Picklepick. I couldn't get my head around it to start with but I'll have a go at explaining it although I'm sure someone with far better knowledge will come along later and do a better job.
I'm guessing you have 20 c8 and 20 c9 but the campaign numbers are irrelevant.
So I would deliver c8 to my first road and c9 to the next one, make a not in your calling book who has which campaign. Next time your first road gets c9 and the next one moves on to c10. That way you are getting six weeks out of your books instead of three.
As time moves on you will find that a customer goes on holiday from the first road but that campaign has an offer you think they will like so you will hold them back a campaign so they see the offer. My streets are now jumbled up with different houses getting different campaigns but that is where you calling book is invaluable.
I hope I have helped a little and not confused you further, I do have a habit of rambling.
Good luck in your first campaign.

Hi, thanks for replying. I still don't understand, sorry!

    I have C9 and C10 books.
If I hand out some C10 books now, won't they have a long time to wait for their order because my delivery date for that is 19th June.

Or can I backorder from C9 when I place my C10 order?

So I just do C9 for now on a couple of streets, then start C9 on the remaining streets and C10 on the first streets so they're running simultaneously after my C9 order date? Is that right?
    Arr sooo confused!

I just want to make my books work as hard for me as they can!

Oh great ok, I didn't know you could order from the previous brochure in the next order. That makes total sense now. Thanks for your help.

I've just typed up a little 'hello' note and made little tick boxes for 'no more brochures', 'not ordering this time but I'd like to receive more brochures'.
That will help narrow down the interest I suppose. Going out to post my first 20 tomorrow. Really excited!
