Hi everyone! I'm Tiffeny and I recently became an Avon Rep. I have collected orders of £108 so far and have a few days left to get more orders. How do you think I have done for my first time? x
    Avon Lady :A
    OnePoll - £31.30 / OpinionWorld - [STRIKE]£10.00[/STRIKE] 550 points / Valued Opinions - £8.00 / PureProfile - £12.58 / SurveyFriends - 1074 points / Maximiles - 380 points :D
  • Well done, TIB; looks like you're well on your way to getting a free Genics Concentrate as well as, presumably, clicking into the Rising Star programme i.e. if you signed up in C14.

    Enjoy! :j

Hello All :) Hope everyone is having a good Summer?

I just wanted to let you know that I received the demo Andre Boots today, and so far my findings are:
fit - on the small side I am a 5.5 and the size 5/6 is a snug fit without socks
Quality - better than very similar boots I've had in the past from Tesco etc. Ideal for the demo price :D
Comfort - they are comfortable, although soles a little slippy on laminate etc, but that may improve with wear.
Hope above information is useful to you, and sizing information useful for customers :A
Also had my City Rush MMs through and really like the scent :D hopefully I can sell a few of those later!
Still looking for the plot...... Anyone seen it???

YES, YES AND YES AGAIN. :j:j:j

What's more - Rising Star scheme is back in C14-16 although the terms are different e.g. new reps have to hit HOV+ in their first two campaigns to get their freebies and it's a longer term scheme for SLs to benefit. Read the T&Cs carefully (One of my newbies missed out by £6 :o - additional orders do NOT count.)

Have Avon changed the incentive bonus for new reps? Now it seems to be £100 of product for meeting at least HOV in the first two campaigns and then a separate £50 account credit if meeting a minimum of £500 from your first three campaigns PLUS at least a MOV in the fourth campaign.

What is the Rising Star incentive ? Is it running alongside this ?

No, they have tweaked it. This is Rising Stars 2 (for appts from C14-16). The original RS only ran for C10-12 appts.

You now need HOV for first 3 camps, MOV in 4th (£500 in total), and the SL payment is now after 6 camps (5/6 also at MOV).

Thanks, DH; very succinctly put! :T
Avon very cleverly timed this so, generally, reps benefit just before Christmas and SLS afterwards so a good way to encourage everyone.

Thanks MarsdenCuckoo, I bit the bullet and spent an extra £40 of my own money on some Avon products - have checked online and the invoice lists all the products in my rising stars pack - looks like there's some very nice goodies coming my way tomorrow! Have been sat here making up some 'special offer' leaflets to shift some of the stuff that I don't want myself, so hopefully the £40 will have been a good investment.

Have to say that people on here have been really helpful with answering queries - I've learned a lot from reading the thread, so a huge thanks to everyone who posts!

Sorry, another question coming up! :o

I've seen something in the C15 sale leaflet that would be perfect for a friend's birthday, but my next order will be C14. Can I order it during C14? If so, would I just type in the code in the sale brochure and would it definitely cost me the amount in the brochure or could it be a different price depending on its current value?

    Thanks!

    MK

I'm afraid you can't order ahead of time. C15 things will come with your C15 scheduled delivery.

However if the item is in an earlier brochure (just at a higher price than you're prepared to pay) you can still order it so it gets there in time. Then re-order it again in C15 at the lower price. Then send this back as the more expensive one - you've done a swap basically but your friend has still got their present in time.

A bit cheeky, but a way around it if you need an item asap. ;)
I used to have my Avon turnover (sales) here. They've been removed because it's not appropriate to talk about those kinds of sales as if they're realistic for a new Rep to aim for. :( I signed up at the right time, right place, and was very lucky.

You're v welcome, MK, and yes I agree with you. These threads started on here long before Avon Connects came into being and to my mind it's much more useful.

As for your query re. the Sales Book, no unfortunately there's no way (that I know) of clicking into C15 prices until your due date but it's always worth checking out Hello Tomorrow Clearance because sometimes it's in there too. ;)
