Add a heavy item like a 1 litre bubble bath or a 500ml shower gel to get it sent by courier.
Or an aerosol, RM won't deliver them due to fire/explosion potential :rotfl:Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE ForumTeam0 -

Have quitted avon after contracting glandular fever nearly 6 wks ago & this on top of on going health issues for some considerable time. Was starting to feel improvement & have relapsed AGAIN. Spent over 5 wks in bed.
Anyway, the point is, I have no sales leader and my ASM has not responded to 2 emails saying I'm quitting. I'm concerned no-one in avon will know my customers no longer have a rep. Feel too lousy to put in any more effort. Assume my account will just close down with no further orders? My area is 567.
Also, is the 0333 avon number a 'free' call with BT free evening calls?
Need some advice please. Ideas anyone?
Edit - a customer has just phoned wanting to take it on...."Sometimes letting things go is an act of far greater power than defending or hanging on.”0 -
Struggling with the Avon ATM
DD has broken her knee so is basically housebound and not able to get about much. I'm trying my best to get her back to school in a wheelchair but the red tape is ridiculous! I'll be putting a big note on my books this time saying "I will NOT be collecting these books back in. If you want to place an order you must contact me via email/text/phone with your order by Monday". My order doesn't go in until Thursday but by giving them that deadline it means there's a buffer space for them being late or email getting delayed or me having too much on to do stuff!
Hopefully by the time the delivery arrives DD will be much better and it'll be easier for her to come with me. I'm putting out C12 books, and I'm really looking forward to skipping C14 :rotfl:
Haven't got the brain function enough atm to look back through the thread for the answer to this question:o
I have returns that were supposed to go back 2 campaigns ago, and are due to be recharged on the 6th July, how can I still process the return? Do I just do normal returns again with them or is there a special process? Thanks peeps.Creeping back in for accountability after falling off the wagon in 2016.Need to get back to old style in modern ways, watching the pennies and getting stuff done!0 -

Aww hun hope you feel better soon.
You can submit a message online using the "contact us" bit of the website, and there is an option for resigning...but if one of your customers wants to take it on then not the best way to go. I'd suggest getting your customer to apply online using the official avon website...then the asm (or whoever is covering if its that they're on holiday/ill) will get in touch, and then they can explain they want to take over your round. If they join with another sales leader, then they will have to try and get the area manager to transfer your territory over to their account as sales leaders cannot do this themselves, only the asm. Hope you get something sorted, if you have no joy, pm me your area, and I will find out who your asms boss is so that you can email them.
edit - not sure about the phone number to be honest, I know it's cheaper than the old number avon had. To be honest though, if you ring avon up, you're only going to get them at the call centre say only the area manager can deal with this, we will email her. Which obviously you've already done yourself, so I wouldn't bother ringingAvon Lady since 2009 - I help on the Avon hints & tips thread to help other reps/new sales leaders as I was helped so much by it when I first started out :A0 -

Ooo ouch, hope DD feels better soon. Good idea about getting your customers to get in touch with you - you'll probably be surprised how many will, I was amazed how many of my customers have chosen to start contacting me with their orders in order to ensure we continue as their reps (we would have done anyway, we just wanted to save ourselves some money in fuel and time running round but don't tell them that :rotfl:).
As for returns - if you have the returns form still (you can print it off, from my orders, track my order, then you can get to your returns forms from here), get it packed up and returned as normal, once it has been collected, then you can email avon via the contact us bit of the website with the relevent info (explaining their items that were submitted for return a while ago and so have been recharged, the items returned, barcode number used), then when they receive the parcel they will sort out recrediting your account.Avon Lady since 2009 - I help on the Avon hints & tips thread to help other reps/new sales leaders as I was helped so much by it when I first started out :A0 -

You can keep your a/c open for your sole use i.e. order out of HT and provided your orders are £10+ they will be delivered free. You don't need to order every campaign, you can miss two (but not three.... otherwise you will be charged the set-up fee again).
Yes, pretty sure an 03 no is classed as a landline no/free on BT depending on your service plan.
Have PMd you - if I can help further, just ask.
Good luck and take it easy.Make the most of everything in life (especially Avon)
