    5 for £5 - C 14 pages 202-211

I've just looked at my invoice for C 14 and I ordered five products to get the above offer and Avon have only charged 3 of them at the offer price of £1 each. The other 2 have got mysteriously different order numbers on the invoice and are charged at a higher price.

Triple checked whether I'd made an error, & have now emailed avon to reimburse me the difference.

Please check your invoices on this offer.

Have been in touch with Avon about this who said they would credit me the difference and have since emailed me to say they wouldn't! Reason being, there were 3 other items ordered by other customers as part of the offer and Avon have 'randomly' picked 5 of them to allocate the price of 5 for £5 and then 'randomly' picked others for the lesser discounts.

I would imagine for anyone who keeps a close eye on their invoices this particular offer could prove interesting. Unless people enter individual customers orders onto the website rather that one big order under their own name (as I do), this kind of offer seems unneccessarily complicated.

Maybe this happens a lot & I've only just noticed it. I'm a bit cynical with Avon as all of their 'errors' tend to favour their profits.

5 for £5 - I didn't have any problem with this offer, and I do it under one big order as well. I noticed when I only had 2 of the 5 ordered they were showing at £1 each brochure price on the "view subtotal" page.

But on other offers like that I've been scanning "view subtotal" and noticed I needed to add another couple of items because they were still showing as full price.
I used to have my Avon turnover (sales) here. They've been removed because it's not appropriate to talk about those kinds of sales as if they're realistic for a new Rep to aim for. :( I signed up at the right time, right place, and was very lucky.

I Geek - when I get the energy, I'm going to do a bit of percentage breakdown of my customer/non customer base like you have to see how the take up has been. It should be relatively simple for me as I live on a Park Home site & therefore know just about everyone & hav kept good records of their Avon 'interest'. By the way I've managed to get two widowers as (occassional) customers - long hard trial, but got there in the end.

    Additional Order
Is it right that you need to order £78+ of items in order to earn anything in an additional order? (i.e. it doesn't relate to your regular order value) Plus the p+p of £2.50 is to be paid?

If you're PC you get commission on all subsequent orders once a MOV order has been placed for that campaign, if not, then yes you're right.

I'd phone up with the additional order, then the £2.50 may get waived if you're lucky.

Is there a limit as to how much I can return in one go? I've had a number of customers cancel their orders the past few weeks after changing their minds or because they haven't got the money. I have loads of 1 litre & 500ml bubblebaths to return, and I've got loads of expensive stuff (perfumes etc) to return  ATM it's working out at 3 or 4 boxes of stuff due to the weight limit, and probably close on £200+ worth of returns :( Thats after I sent £75 worth back when I got my delivery! :( I would keep hold of the bubblebaths, but the amount of "stock" I have is taking over the livingroom and I would like to be able to eat at my diningtable again

It's really nice to see new reps on here, I hope I am able to help in the same way that others have helped me.
Well I have downsized my territory, I have kept the road with the most customers and said to the customers on other roads that they can give me a call if they get stuck for a rep, which most of them have said they would do.

Glad to hear you're sticking with it. Hope Avon works out better for you now, good luck :)

Not sure how to write this down as it sounds a bit confusing!

I'm placing an order for C14 - can order from HT15 or HT16. If I ordered an item from HT15 last time, can I order the same item again in this order?

    Thanks

Does anyone have any ideas how I can make Sales Leadership pay any quicker? I've signed up loads on campaign three and should hit the five and the targets but could do with speeding it up a little, any ideas?

If you have a look on Connects there's a post that has 100 ways to try and recruit. It's on the SL board, but should come up on a search anyway. HTH
