I said the same but they showed me it in the catalogue and it was marked as an item that could not be returned and it also showed this on the computer so I did not buy.0 -

It is because once someone has used it they can't put it straight back on the shelf, it has to be refurbished.
Most stores take this stuff back if unopened but it is at managers discretion.0 -

If you order it online you always have the Distance Selling Regs in your armory, despite whatever T&Cs they have. DSR always trumps companies' T&Cs.0
