Had a one reserved at Argos until closing last night. Went to see what they would say about it just before closing. If I wanted it I had to pay full price, no price matching and excluded from their 14 day return policy unless faulty.

if unopened you should be able to return, there website doesn't exclude this item from it's return. I'm a little worried now as I have a £430 at home waiting for the argos price drop, said it was a gift and the checkout operator said it should be ok to return if not wanted as long as unopened
  • Checked everywhere I can think of and cannot find one!

I said the same but they showed me it in the catalogue and it was marked as an item that could not be returned and it also showed this on the computer so I did not buy.

It is because once someone has used it they can't put it straight back on the shelf, it has to be refurbished.

Most stores take this stuff back if unopened but it is at managers discretion.

If you order it online you always have the Distance Selling Regs in your armory, despite whatever T&Cs they have. DSR always trumps companies' T&Cs.
