I had a 32Gb touchpad on order from Argos for Home delivery at full price - so now the price has dropped I phoned customer services. They immediately arranged to send me a cheque for the price drop.

Unfortunately the accessories say "free delivery" on the Argos website, but at checkout a delivery charge of £5.49 is added. I asked the CS rep, but he was unable to remove the delivery charge, so I've ordered them locally from Best Buy instead.

i work for argos in the call centre he could of removed the del charge it takes 10seconds

Hello! The reservation I got for comet fell through, they said they cancelled reservations made before a certain time and it turned into a first come first served basis so I missed out Anyone have a reservation for Leeds / Hull / Manchester ? I would be willing to offer cash / gift certificate / etc in return if so desired. The more reservations the better (for my brothers)! Thanks!

Rumour on the grapevine is a certain retailer has more than 2000 in stock and is doing some deal with HP to offload the rest of the UK stock sitting in HP warehouses with special bundle packages (maybe free case, maybe not) tonight around midnight.

Surely it's much fairer to share it with everyone :-) Anyway, I thought it was PC World/DSG - that's what I heard.
