Tesco mega reductions thread (updated)

In tescos today they have reduced their Poly Cotton Easycare Pillowcases down to just 43p each. The colours in my tesco available, white, cream, chocolate!!!

This thread reminded me I saw Harverys Bristol Cream 1 litre reduced in Tesco to £6.43, is that cheap?

Tesco are currently selling packs of 4 Aero chocolate mousse for £1.11 or buy 2 packs for £1.00

In tescos today lots of bargains including 6 wood free pencils with rubbers on the end for 18p look ok quality no the cheapest Hb no 2

12 tea lights for 12p plain white ones tescos own

cute bulls eye style memo block round red edged and white centre quite a fun pressie for kids with their eggs

lots of 25p pet stuff and tools

choco latte swiss chocloate cold style in chiller near milk 99p but try me free send off for 99p back and 24p postage brown container 230ml latte or capochino

a few 1p light bulbs left too

cravendale milk 2 for £2

welsh cheddar £1.98 for 400g nice and strong

Tesco's today, in reduced section double fitted sheet plus a pair of pillow
cases Egyptian Cotton ( Tesco Finest ) 200 thread reduced from £15 to
£3.75. White or Ivory.

As advertised on TV - legs of lamb half price, however in my local tescos (Willenhall, west mids) some stock still marked full price (no yellow sticker) ?? DTD target (didn't think of this til I got home DOH! :rolleyes: )

I picked up one of these 'old priced' joints last night - the checkout man charged the full £13.xx instead of £6.xx, so I trotted off to CS to get my DTD (free joint!!) but the lad wasn't too bright, he spent 15 minutes running around 'checking things out' and ended up refunding me £27 - quadruple the difference!.

I'd already guessed I might be in with a chance when I was in the checkout queue, because the checkout man had just charged a woman £145 for 10 white loaves without realising there was anything wrong (if she'd kept her mouth shut and gone to CS she'd have had about £280 back).

And I know bread's going up in price all the time...but £145 for 10 loaves..blimey !:D

Galaxy ice cream bars 8 pack half price at £1.24 thats about 16p each. Found in end of aisle freezer with special offers but no SEL. Love them!! They're replacing them with new style packaging.
