Are you talking about R&R or do you mean DTD?
DTD replaced R&R from 26/2/07 and there's much discussion about it in the Tesco misprice thread(s) :

Was this "in quantity" on a normal shelf (with the other liquid tabs) and priced at 49p on the SEL ? Or was the SEL full price but it went through the till at 49p ?
Or was it perhaps separated from the others or appeared as clearance / discontinued / managers special or similar, and/or in short quantity?

Timotei recently changed their pack size from 300ml to 400ml (and the price per 100ml increased from 52p to 63p too!!)

However, the 300ml sizes have just been reduced to 80p. The store Im at had quite a few left.

i thought this was an amazing find... but some may disagree!

I was in tesco yesterday and a woman told me that an ipod docking station with CD player and radio... was scanning at £20. It was reduced from £64 for £49 on the shelf tag, but when you scanned it, it was going through at £20.

it's a technika (yeah, i know.. but it still works!!) the barcode ends 54589 and it is called a cd boombox for ipod. In a white and green box. The item itself is black and white and has a remote control

Now this may be a mis-price, or just that the correct tag hadn't been put out at that time, but either way i was happy with it for £20
