i brought a mobile phone contract in december, and also refered a friend in december...finally got the commision today!

3 months later, not there 45 days that they told me!

BTW - how do they actually pay the commission. They told me that they had "raised a credit". Will they send a cheque or re-credit a card?

They re-credit your credit/debit card.

I did receive mine today but i should have had £30.00 but they only sent me £20.00.

Hi all, I'm experiencing the same problem as everyone else. I was due my cashback first week of feb and am still waiting, i've rang six times (three times this week) and was promised by a guy yesterday that he would ring me back the same day he hasnt but I got his name luckily. About three weeks ago I was told I'd get the cash in two weeks after the guy on the phone 'wrote' and an e-mail to the finance department, I've also e-mailed carmel last week and still no reply. I've e-mailed through the website and no reply, as you can guess I'm getting very peeved off about this and I will never buy anything from them again and would suggest other people think very carefully.

I sent off for my cash back for last 3 months, half line rent, on 18th Feb. to E2Save, Just over 2 weeks later I sent an email from their website to just prompt them after reading this forum, had no response, so sent another email, few days later I got an Email (which was this Tues 15th Mar) that 'credit was raised to your card' it should be there within 5 days, if not contact them, so far nothing, but I assume I would get paid.

I have to go through same thing again in another 5 months or so for 6 months half line rent.

Hi all

I'm also having problems with this company.

I spent almost three months chasing them the £120 money4me that they were due me. Only got that after much hassle and supplying names, addresses and numbers of those I'd referred - even though all orders went through my referral link.

Now I'm awaiting my 6 month cashback payment. I've sent a number of emails, asking for my credit, all of which have so far have been ignored. :mad:
The people I referred were all family members so I hope they don't have the same problems trying to get their cashback.

Does anyone know who it would be best to complain to?

I got an email today saying my referral would be paid. This was without me even asking for it.

I still haven't got my money4me I rang every day last week and was promised by someone they would call me back that day twice ! but they never did. Spoke to the same guy yesterday who asked me the numbers of who I referred again (third time) and that finance would add it back to my bank account. I cant see this happening as I've been told that the money is being paid in three times before. A hopeless company, if anyone has a contact name other than carmel can they post ?
