smartass your not called that for no reason !!!Smile and be happy, things can usually get worse!0

I have also been having the same problem with e2save. They owe me over 200 pounds. They keep tossing to and fro, but wont pay. Each time I call its a new excuse. They keep asking me for names and addresses..even mobile numbers. E2save, suck. Avoid them like the plague, they dont like paying out referral money.0

If you are going to have to keep calling them for your money (as they dont pay out)..use their freephone sales number and take option 2. This will take you to customer services. This will take you to the exact same queue as the 0870 number takes you. At least you wont have to pay to complain. as far as I am concerned I would recommend avoiding E2save like the plague. They def wont pay out. You have been warned.0

I am thinking of lodging a formal complaint with the authorities. Even if I don't get my Money4me commisions, at least it'll tarnish e2save and its parent company TheCarPhoneWareHouse's reputation.
But at this point I'm not sure who I should be talking/writing to - BBC watchdog, Trading standards ? Ideas anyone? Was hoping we could all chip in into this letter. Let me know.
cheers,

I'd say it was a Trading Standards issue in the first instance.0

Im hoping to join you Tony. E2save are a disaster when it comes to paying up.0

MrsMondragon,
They responded to an email I wrote yesterday , they have paid up for 3 referrals so far. Talk about swift response. I'm still going to chase them up for the balance. I also referred the guy ( Carmel Harkin) carmel@e2save.com to this forum and this thread. My advice is to write to them and threaten them of their companies integrity and reputation should they refuse to pay and refer them to this thread.
GOod luck !
regards,

I bought a 7600 on the '3' network (500mins free and 100 texts free every month deal)for £4.99 a month in october and was told by the salesman that if I buy two of these and refer myself, then I'd get £40 (normally £20) for this, as '3' have got a special promotion on at the moment. I took his advice and bought 2 of them as over the year £5 a month = £60 for the whole year, so minus £40 from this, then my 2nd line will only cost me £20 for the whole year!
Anyways, I range e2Save every week for two months to get my referral money, despite promises each time that "You'll receive it within 7-10 working days" and finally got a payment of only £20. When I disputed this and told them that I was owed £40 and not £20, as '3' had a promotion on at that time, they still to this day refuse to acknowledge that there was ANY promotion on at that time and they won't pay me the £40 that I'm owed.
I wish I'd recorded the phone call when I ordered, they did say to me that they'd check the recording of when I placed my order, only to say that all recordings are only kept for 3 months (how convenient of them to tell me this 4 months later!!).
They've been a big headache for getting the referral money, I'm coming up to my sixth month soon so hope they're better at paying the cashback that they owe me for both of my phones.0 -
it's astonishing how quickly a company can get a bad reputation.
on cashback i just sued them as soon as they didn't pay timely..couldn't be bothered messing about. they learnt...next chunk they payed on time.
what i dislike about this company is the pretence that so called MD's actually want to know what is going on if you have a problem...all you get is another labotomised chump in customer service (sic)
the real issue is that it's part of CPW ...a public company. so make a fuss, get them publicity...hurt them in their share option pockets.Sarah x0
