Thanks. How would I get my risk score for my portfolio. All of my funds withthe exception of 2 are invested via the H_L Facility.
Risk is either something you analyse on research and experience or you use software to do or both (as software can lead to periodic flaws, especially on active managed funds which may be 80% invested in cash at the point the software analyses the fund but next week be 100% equity).
As individual, it is something you will learn as you DIY more.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only. They are not financial advice and you should not treat them as such. If you feel an area discussed may be relevant to you, then please seek advice from an Independent Financial Adviser local to you.0 -

Trustnet provides a portfolio tool that allows you to determine various data about your portfolio, including setcor breakdown and and a risk score. Morningstar do something similar - and no doubt there are others. I have only had a play with the Trustnet site and have no experience of the Morningstar facility. But either could give you some pointers to the current risk score in your portfolio.
You will need to register with either site to be able to use them, but they are both a free service.

It is always different this time. The only thing that is the same is the outcome.
Portfolios are like personalities - one that is balanced is usually preferable.
