One thing I hate is men who aren't Scottish wearing kilts!

I was devastated on my first trip to Scotland, I had learnt in school that Scots wear kilts and sporrans.
I was 6 though and complained loudly on princes street why were there no Scottish people!

I believe that would count as a facepalm in today's language.

Hubby usually wears tartan boxers under his just in case of exposure :rotfl:

Great story from an ex army mate though - he told me of a squaddie who was so 'well hung' that when lifting one leg when coming to attention or turning, a certain part of anatomy could clearly be seen hanging down below the kilt. :rotfl:

This was spotted on a parade in front of the Princess Royal and after that he had to wear trews instead of a kilt :rotfl::T

It's advisable not to pull the front apron of the kilt taut to appear smart, especially when sitting next to Her Maj.

No wonder someoone's got a cheeky grin.

    Slightly cheeky photo
