Red Spotted Hanky Train Link

Options
I signed up with the train offer through the link as advertised in the weekly email. I logged into my account and I don't have the loyalty points. It looks like I didn't get the £10 bonus. Is there something I have to do to activate it? Who should I speak to?

Thanks

Give RSH time to credit the loyalty points, 72 hours as per MSE email...

MSE update 5.15pm 17 Aug: All 27,000 £10 vouchers have now gone (RedSpottedHanky upped this from 20,000). If you signed up, it should credit £10 to your online account within 72hrs.

If you click through from your introductory email and look under evouchers there is a £10 credit there. I think everyone is expecting to see it as 1,000 points and are only looking in the loyalty points area. HTH.

There isn't anything there on my account.

If it is wait 72 hours, that's understandable. But some people are saying they see it already. I am concerned.

Are you looking in the right place? I've just posted the following notes in one of the other threads, as people seem to have difficulty finding their £10...

    You'll need to;
    - go to Redspottedhanky,
    - click the 'loyalty/accounts' option on the top right,
    - then login using the details you gave when you registered,
    - then click again on top right where it says 'loyalty/account' to get into your account details
    - then click on 'evoucher details' - which will be on the left towards the end of the menu options.

If you've got your £10 it will tell you there....
  • Mine isn't showing, and the train fare is a fiver more expensive than on the East Cost website, so if I did get it would be alright but not as good as expected.
  • Thanks though.

Haven't received anything and I go on holiday today, I suspect I won't be able to claim them after so long either :(

Was there anything special you had to do when signing up? I registered in the time.. and received notification email. Welcome email has just come through but no credit :S
