BTW, yesterday I tried to change my magic numbers, but there isn't an option to change them on the web site. I phoned Orange, and got to speak to someone who was very helpful and did the job exactly as I'd wanted.

The number you rang is for internal customers (staff) - they probably just dealt with the call but should have directed you to 150.
