In their FAQs - 'I have placed an order and my payment went through Sage Pay but i have not receievd any goods or services'
Sage Pay state:
'Sage Pay is an online Payment Service Provider allowing our vendors to accept card payments through their website. We process payments on behalf of our customers and make sure that your transaction details are kept secure throughout the transaction process.
As the website's payment provider, we do not have any access to any order or delivery details and are unable to process any refunds or cancel any orders on behalf of the merchants who use our service'
My card issuer has just got in touch asking for details - copies of emails where ive requested information, order confirmation, replies ive had from both Sage Pay and OrigAudio. Hopefully good news will follow shortly.....0
