Whois tells us that the registrant for https://www.origaudio.co.uk is in Chicago.

There is a UK phone number on their contact us webpage that you might like to try.

    Hi,
I am very much appreciating all of you guys help.
Ive sent 2 messages via their contact us form on their website and also sent an email. Tried ringing the number at various times during the week, and each time it rings out. I will try now getting in touch with Sagepay... i'll keep you all posted!! :-)

Well..... it was definitely a good idea getting in touch with sagepay. They contacted origaudio and I would say within half an hour of me contacting sagepay, i'd had an email from origaudio!! Along the lines of 'sagepay say you have been trying to get in touch, can you tell me what the problem is'. Not the best worded email, but at least it was contact!! So i responded giving details of my order and how many times i'd tried getting in touch. Ive just received an email back saying that my order 'must have been lost in the post!!' and that they'll re-print and send out tomorrow. No offer of refund, no apology for not responding to any of my emails/contact, no reason why the status on the website of my order says pending, no offer of next day delivery....
Anyway, i shall wait to see if it lands in the next couple of days.
Thanks for all your help :-)

It sounds like I did the same things as you. I ordered speakers after seeing then on the TV (nearly a month ago) and have tried endlessly to contact them. Thanks for suggesting contact sagepay as I have just done that too so hopefully they will help me as well.

I know it has only been a few days but have you received your speakers yet? Lets hope they are worth the wait :-)

Well, after that initial contact from Origaudio saying it was going to be printed and posted last Wednesday..... nothing as yet. I emailed them again yesterday asking if it had been posted but no reply!!

Still no reply from OrigAudio :-( I've contacted Sagepay again today to see if they will get intouch again with OrigAudio on my behalf. Lets hope this is the final time. I may have to just go to my card issuer to try to get a refund. I relaly wanted those speakers though, they were a suprise present for a friends biurthday (which was now 3 weeks ago!!!)
Hev444, have you heard anything/received the speakers??

It is always a good thing to at least try, but seeing as you paid SagePay and not OrigAudio, it may not be as easy as you might think.

  • Yeah, i think thats why im putting it off! Although, Sagepay were the ones to say that if I wanted a refund I had to go to my card issuer. I can't see why Sagepay themselves wouldn't be able to refund me!?!

Of course they would, that way they absolve themselves of any duty towards you.

What do SagePay's terms and conditions say about refunds for undelivered goods?
