Upgraded to silver over a month ago
Received a new card 5 days letter
Phoned asked why and was told no idea we will cancel it
Now received the letter
I assume its an issue with changing the account over, still cannot login to get the benefits package0 -
ok it's encouraging to know they did not force you to keep the crap card.
So they're going to send you yet another card, the same you had before so that you can withdraw from any ATM machine?0 -
