any decent unlocking shop should be able to do it for you
expect to pay about £10
or crc repair center dont ask for receipts

I send my phone on Monday recorded delivery (68p I think it was)
and received it today and it's fixed free of charge. They send it as Special delivery. I did say in the letter that if a fee is required to let me know before doing anything.

Only thing is now I need to copy from my memory card to the phone, any idea how??

get the file up in file manager then More > manage files > copy to phone

I clicked on file manager, then hightlighted on games, others, pictures, clicked more when highlighted on one but all I get in the menu is memory statues, format ext mem., information ...
