The lady at FS said that anything like a cold makes a huge difference to the sample too, so while I know it's impossible, try not to worry toooo much

I was reading up the other night and some research states that a simple cold can have implications on the sample for several months which is why they don't take one sample and try to take several over many months to get an average.Overdraft = £1000 Emergency fund = £2500
