I feel similar (though to a lesser extent cos it's been nowhere near as long!!:o) waiting for AF to bog off! For me a longer cycle = longer AF...

Surgeon team has seen MIL now - she's going to a rehab place to recover from the stroke, they they're going to operate on the arteries in her neck (under local anaesthetic so she'll be awake for a 2hr operation!! :eek:_pale_)... I hate waiting for scary stuff to be over... :cool:

Hi all, i've not posted for a while so congrats to everyone who got their BFP!

i tested this morning as AF is due today but BFN unfortunately. I'm a bit gutted because i was sure that it was going to be a BFP. i'm sure AF will show up soon and it's onto the next month. GL to everyone still waiting/testing.

That makes sense I guess (no fun for you though) as the longer the cycle the more your endometrial layer has had time to thicken. That's probably the same for mc up to a certain extent (I think it only grows to certain thickness).

Do you know how long your referral to the gynae will take to come through?

2 hours under local sounds :eek: Does this mean she won't need a general anaesthetic now though? If so then that's better safety wise I would think? Although not nice!

I hate general anesthetics (one reason I didn't have an ERPC) and will always opt for a local if I can

I hope it all goes well for her. Do you know when it will be?

My thoughts are with the whole zippy family

Fingers crossed that the TLPs turn into BFPs soon Rebekah and Europa.

Well Moon and I DTD for the first time this cycle last night. I know I was CD10 and I usually OV around CD13-14, so we'll keep DTD for the next week or so. I think the problem in previous cycles may have been that we didn't do it often enough after the first peak on CBFM, and maybe I OV on the second. We've not used the monitor this month, but we have used conceive plus again (QQ you can put the star by my name too, as we used it last month as well).

Fingers crossed for everyone!

I'm happy because FF finally put my crosshairs in so I feel more secure being more certain about when I OVed. 2WW now, ho hum!

Hello everyone, please can i join the thread too!

A bit about me....I'm 33 (34 next month) and OH is 39. We've been TTC since July this year. No kids so (hopefully) this will be our first.

Am a week late for AF at the moment - am often a couple of days late but a week is unusual for me. Did a test this morning but was a BFN

I know it's fairly early days but already beginning to worry it's never going to happen! Plus if I'm not pg then I wish AF would just hurry up and arrive so that I don't have the worry of suddenly being all irregular iykwim? :mad:
