    Hello Ladies,

I was wondering if I could steal some knowledge/experience from Nikki.

We have a new joiner on the waiting to TTC thread, who also has ulcerative colitis, and has some questions about what vitamins she might need to take whilst TTC'ing. I am wondering if you would be so kind as to offer some insight into it for her (if you have anything to add)? I am totally clueless in that department.

    Thank you.

    Euro xx

Have posted over there. Hope you are well, and that your local difficulties have resolved or are lessening. Wasn't sure what they were and don't want to pry but could see they were stressing you out. Will you be joining us back on this thread as a fully fledged poster soon?

hellooooooo, just popping in as I have to go back to work in a minute. Should OV sometime this weekend, why is it always when DH is away or doing a night shift or something equally unaccomodating?! Lol not that he will complain if we have to BD in the middle of the afternoon :p:p

    Thank you so much. :D

Unfortunately, not much progress on the local difficulties. They do seem to be coming to a head though, so I'm hoping that OH will either get a local contract, or start searching for a new job before Christmas.

I hope it is the local contract, as OH has been there for almost 15 years now, so he is reluctant to leave. Plus, selfishly, it means we would start TTC'ing sooner.

So, the answer is 'how long is a peice of string'. :rotfl:(I have to laugh, or I'll cry!).

High on CBFM for me today, and FF is also telling me I might be entering a fertile phase. Am a bit surprised as I am only CD7 and am personally not expecting a positive OPK until Monday ish and to ovulate around Wednesday ish. Still never one to pass on the chance of some BDing, I will drag OH to bed tonight and start on SMEP :D I also still have a horrible chesty cough from a few weeks ago, so started on robuttissin this morning for that, but it should help with CM too. I might nip out later and buy some grapefruit juice just to be on the safe side. How much do you need to drink in a day? I'm not a huge fan of the taste but presumably you can mix it in with something more palatable like orange or pineapple?

I drink a glass of pink grapefruit juice, from concentrate. It worked one month so Im doing the same again this week as last month I definitely noticed a difference when I didnt drink it.

But yeah I dont see why you couldnt mix it with something else.
The stuff I get though actually tastes quite nice.

RE the immodium thing - thats the precise reason why I keep anything like that in my handbag inside a very small purse because that is the exact type of thing I would do too!

Not really, I couldn't tell you what mine were like before I was 19 (when I went on the pill) I'm 31 now! I only know what mine are like since and even then I haven't a clue what an average cycle length is. In the 8 months since starting TTC I've had the first cycle after withdrawal bleed (35 days), next I got BFP then mc'd, next cycle was very short (21 days) due to mc, the following I got BFP then had a mmc three months later. So it's anyone's guess how long mine is! :o

BTW I didn't know what blood type I was until I was pg this last time.
