Don't worry about it. I'm still doing tests every 3 days to make sure the lines are getting darker! It's now 2 and a half weeks since my BFP and I have them all lined up in a row, just to make sure the HPT levels are going in the right direction. DH thinks it's starting to turn into a health hazard!

Apart from burping lots after eating, my only other symptom is cramps - they are like OV pains but they are quite sore and seem to last up to half an hour most days. I'm guessing that's just my uterus expanding and nothing to actually worry about???

Sorry folks, I know I should move on to another board, but am only 6 weeks and feel like I'm tempting fate by moving on too soon (does that make sense to anyone or has all rational thought gone out the window?)

i didnt get any symptoms at 6 weeks apart from a period type cramping which lasted most of the day. Week 7 they all hit and I had just about every one going !

What are you studying Mrs H? Have you just started or nearly finishing?

I have just started and Open Uni Health and Social Care course, with the intention of eventually getting a degree, I've been thinking about doing it for years and didn't want to put the rest of my life on hold waiting for a BFP! I really need to learn how to focus, lol, I'm sitting here surrounded by books, but can't get everything in my head on to paper! :)

((hugs)) tinkwings - that sounds horrible! :o I hate having freaky dreams, especially when they seem so realistic at the time. Hopefully you'll have a lovely dream tonight to make up for it :)

I hate the 2ww too...!

I've been doing work in the garden (pruning/chopping/weeding etc), just had lunch, now watching the re-run of the X-Factor as I missed it last night. It's my guilty pleasure :D

DH should be home in the next hour or two, can't wait to see him :p

    Afternoon everyone,

Hope you are all having a nice weekend x

Well I'm cd 25 today not been here before as I normally have af by now.

Had a very funny dream last night, one of my friends was having a affair with my OH so I hit her, I don't ever do violence, and it was my bed side table that I hit lol so have a nice bruse on my hand today lol

I'm getting tummy cramps but only on the left hand side.
And as for having a drink last night I was drunk on one can of larger lol and having hot flushes.

    But still a BFN

    Xxx

If you can get them in the right length, you could always buy two sets of curtains which added together will be the right width? It would be as easy to join them length wise with a machine as to shorten them. And 2 pairs of ready made in the sale will still be much cheaper than 1 pair of bespoke.

Or do what I did for out bedroom which has 3 windows each with a 275cm drop (yes you read that right, the ceiling height is 9.5 feet). I bought a bolt of fabric I liked and a bolt of lining material from ebay and made my own for a fraction of what I was quoted for bespoke (about £300 rather than the £3,500 I was quoted). It only took about 3 days to make them and I did them when I was 8 months pregnant with my last one and frantically nesting. Hanging them was harder in that condition though :rotfl:

haha. Thanks thats such a good idea, I hadnt even thought of that!

Weather is much warmer here today so I can hold off the heating for another few days hopefully.

So annoying I took my temp at the wrong time fri and today. I think I am 2DPO but wont put it in manually on FF quite yet.

thanks, we made it to 15 weeks but were told at the 13 week scan baby was measuring small and there was some of her bowel in the cord. After a CVS (similar to an amnio) we were told that it was Edwards syndrome so we had to terminate. We had those 2 weeks of limbo to prepare for the worst so even though it was a shock we knew it may end that way :(

I like the support the thread gives so whilst we arent quite ready to jump in and start trying straight away I think posting here will help me remember the good side of the journey :j
