They are supposed to be used PIAC (pee in a cup, and dip the OPK for 10secs), but I POAS (straight onto the stick).

Just thought i would let you know what Clearblue have had to say about my high readings as i have now spoken to them. Most of you probably know this but it may be useful to someone. They say that the monitor shows high when a certain oestrogen level is picked up and only then goes to peak for two days and then high once lutenising hormone is detected as there is a surge in this before ovulation takes place. And if no LH is detected then the monitor will continue to show as high for 20 days when it will then say low again....so i think im on about day 15 of highs now, five more to go, then wait for AF! wonder what will happen on the next cycle?! still pretty confused by it all to be honest and not sure whether to go to the drs or what to do!

There's always a chance you are pg, but also you may have ovulated late, or skipped a cycle:o
