Methinks you might be overthinking it ;) There'll be no catfight.gif here :naughty:;)

:rotfl:thank you :). Think I may be a bit "period nuts" today, feel free to ignore me. Good job I'm not planning on seeing anyone apart from oh over the weekend :rotfl:. Know what you mean about just hoping for the best, whatever else we always have hope! xx

On a nicer note don't know if anyone shops there but banana republic have an amazing sale on. I don't usually go in there as I had thought it's a bit overpriced but their stuff seems really nice quality and they had £60 trousers reduced to £20, £40 cardigans for £15, £40 blouses for £13 and so on. I was a good girl though and didn't buy anything as everything I fancied was quite similar to stuff I already had.

I'm officially sick :( I have sinusitis and I think this is what's been itching to come on for a few days - after sore throat... so maybe I didn't ovulate and my temp has shot up because I'm ill.

On the plus side, I used to suffer from this so badly, that I had an op and this is only the second time in 2 years since I've had it and although I feel like carp.... it's nowhere near as bad as it used to be
Hope you ovulated just before you got sick. And you have my sympathy - I regularly have sinusitis now, and always have some level of sinus inflammation due to the immune condition(s) I have. Take it easy, rest up, take painkillers that you feel comfortable taking. Have you got some antibiotics from the doc?

Sounds like you could've just ov'd/are doing right now :)

Twigglet, you sound at exactly the same stage as me... I had lots of CM the last few days and then last night and this morning, absolutely nothing -plus my opk's were totally negative! I have put myself down as OV'ing yesterday (at some point), sounds like you might be the same :)

Thanks BigZee! No Antibiotics yet, I was hoping it would go away (I know better than this!!) - I'll try tomorrow for a morning appt if it still feels bad... I dont know what I can take because if I did O, I dont want to take any chances.

I can't take Ibruprofen, as I have Thrombocytopenia (low platelet count) and I thought you couldnt take anti biotics if you were TTC too?

Honestly, I dont know what happened! I turned 30 and suddenly this young fit healthy gal, got every condition going! I've had 4 different diagnosis over the last 2 years!
    Baby 2b born March 2013! :j:j:j
  • i have no clue if OV is going on but just worked out,
i can do a test on the 3rd Oct as i only have CD of 19 days.

So more BD to get in lol

    xx

You can take antibiotics when ttc and when pregnant too if they are needed.

Just make sure to tell your doctor and they will prescribe one which is safe.

Like Nicki says 2b - antibiotics are ok if they know you're TTC and prescribe accordingly.

You can't have anti-inflammatories (unless a doc in the know prescribes them, having weighed up the options) when preg, and ibuprofen is thought to delay ov in some cases too.

Hope you feel better soon :) (And don't get me started on the healthy thing!)
