Hi there, sorry I've never taken soluble folic acid, but hope someone else has some suggestion:)
I've seen some in Boots which are really small.

I take Pregnacare which is amazingly large:shocked:

Well that was a fun day. Not!

Hope everyone is okay :) Just out of interest - did anyone read my thread about fireworks late at night? I have just checked back and I am so surprised by the number of people who are downright rude. I need more than 2 hands to count the number of times I was told to "get over it" blah blah blah - Christ, all I did was ask for people's opinions on whether they thought it was okay!
I can understand why a lot of people are put off the MSE forums - there are a lot of nasty individuals hiding behind their keyboards....

Anyway. Do we have any good news yet? 14th august and not a single BFP is just wrong. I was cramping quite badly on the way home - af type pains - so I am pretty sure she will be arriving on time (tomorrow). Atleast my chart looks quite good at the moment! Lol

Credit - A GP might be able to prescribe some soluble folic acid if you tell them you are TTC?

    Code - Big hugs.

    Hey gals,
Just back from a wee holiday so thought I'd update how I'm doing. I'm currently cd17 but no sign of ov as yet. :-(
We have been bd every second night from about cd8 so just have to see if anything comes of it. Fingers crossed. DH goes away tomorrow for a bit with work which is a pain but can't be helped.
I temp and last month there was no rise which upset me somewhat. There had been an obvious jump the two previous months so things were going as they should and I'm getting tied in knots that I've run out of time. Silly I know. I'm 40 past and I guess I just assumed that as I conceived relatively easily and quickly first time round that this would be the same but that was a bit naive.
Sorry, all very self indulgent. Apologies.
    :-)

lilymay we're waiting for you to kick things off. Are you testing again tomorrow?

Coops, its normal to have a month where you dont ov at all or ov later every year. Doesnt mean its too late If you're worried though you can get a hormone test at your GP.

    Nothing to report here.

Hi, sorry to just arrive unannounced :-)
Hoping to start TTC over the next few months, and wondered if anyone could recommend any soluble / chewable pre natal vitamins / folic acid?
I cannot swallow tablets, so need to look at alternatives!
    Thanks in advance xo

I can barely swallow tablets either, but folic acid is really tiny so you should be fine with the normal tablets. I can take them easily with a drink.

Im not sure about pre-natal stuff, they always look scarily huge to me and never seen anything else.

Code - I was naughty and did a FRER this morning. Got a very tlp but only when I took it apart. I will only be 8 days past suspected ovulation so will try and resist. POAS seems to invite AF so i must stay away from the tests!

DS came home from nursery with ANOTHER massive shiner on his head today. Poor thing, he looks like he's done 10 rounds with Mike Tyson :(

Is anyone else having olympic withdrawal symptoms? There is nothing on the TV!

I am only calling them TLP's because I don't have another word for them. The one today really was the faintest of lines..and I could only see it when I took the test apart.
To be honest, I'm not feeling all that hopeful! I'm still cramping and it's way to early to be getting any sort of positive tests!

Anyway, enough about me. How are you Claire?

Leopardlady - Have you tested today? Come and tell us!!!
