    Morning all,

Just arrived in Leeds...and I'm already having my ear chewed off by a director. Boring!

Loads and loads of cramping right now - boo! Hugs to everyone else with BFN's or CD1.

Tea - That is !!!! about your follicles. How does the tracking work? What are they looking for? Can you explain it to me?

Sequeena - hope you are feeling okay.

hope it's stretching not cramping lilymay! ;)
    hugs to all the BFNs
no CD28 Ov for me :( hope my cycle's not going crazy again, it's probably just the gastritis delaying things.
i have boootiful EWCM though, almost want to take a picture! lol though i'm cynical of it after lilymay's FS says it means nothing.
oh, and just when i need it to show a thermal shift, my thermometer battery is low. pretty sure the world is conspiring against me this cycle lol x x

They do an internal u/s and look at the ovaries to see if the follicle is developing (the bit the egg pops out of). So far I have lots of cysts and bumps (from the PCOS) but no follicles of note - so no sign of impending ov.

Fingers crossed for third scan lucky.

I rather naively thought that clomid would automatically make me ov on CD14, so now I'm annoyed with myself for being so stupid.

    Monthly rant alert.

Not sure I want to do this anymore. Sick of taking herbs and supplements til I rattle and keeping track of when I take things. Sick of rubbing hormones into my body. Sick of hoping every month and analysing every single little thing and most of all sick of seeing empty blank negative tests. I've gone from enjoying bding to it being a chore - something that I have to do even though its stressful and I might not feel like it. I hate getting annoyed with DH for things that are beyond his control and hating him for ignoring my repeated requests for him to go the doctor in case our inability to conceive isnt all me. I'm tired of hating pregnant women and hiding from my friends with babies. I burst into angry resentful tears last night cause of an advert all about the best thing about being a mum, knowing that I'm probably never going to find that out. And I'm sick of putting a brave face on to everyone pretending that I dont want children (only way that stops the endless questions) when deep inside my dream is shrivelling and dying. Sigh.

I'm in the same postion as you workwise, tea lover. I like being a programmer but I hate my job. I want to leave but feel like I cant because their maternity benefits are so good. What am I staying for exactly?

Kind of picturing my womb like a dry, barren desert where nothing grows and nothing suvives. If you look closely you can see the tumbleweed.

oh codemonkey, i feel for you i really do, it's so hard to spend so long wanting this and just nothing happens :(:(
and i know i shouldn't complain too much when i look at the other TTC board and see how many ladies have had years of this feeling but still
tempted to start my own teeny tiny savings pot for IVF, only like 50 a month, but just something for a worst case scenario then maybe i'll relax a little x x

Code i feel the same most months and i keep going because i want to prove everyone wrong. Don't just bd when its needed so to speak try to ignite the spark with dh and try to have fun while you bd. Or maybe a few months break of it alk would do you good.

I am so gutted about the wedding as oh has been saying about his sa wait till october and if we have to put it off for a few months he will also put the sa off i just know so i get nothing nadda. I am a barren wasteland with the tumbleweeds n possums pointing and lauging at me little !!!!!!s.

I have a question for you i have a blocked ear. Wax against the ear drum so doc has given me some sudafed and told me to put olice oil in about 5 times a night. This morning ive been sick twice ???

Ideas please. I have no cold and nothing but my ear is bunged up ??? Whats wrong and what can i do i took the sudafed this morning. No food just coffee ?? Why am i being sick?

atton, not sure why you're being sick but you should always take things like sudafed and paracetamol with food because they irritate your stomach lining otherwise. Add coffee to that and you're asking for an ulcer.

As for the bding - we do do it at other times but the fertile bding is stressful if you have a hubby who isnt really bothered more than once a week.

probably that the blocked drum has affected your inner ear or it could be labrynthitis
