    COMP - pee, pee!

Also, i have convinced myself I have an underactive thyroid (runs in the family too, my mum had major surgery on her neck about 10 years ago because of thyroid problems). I have literally all of the symptoms I could find on the internet. I've worried myself a bit...! Might need to make an appointment with the GP!

T2D - Good luck, lets hope you are in the July count!

I POAS on CD4....you know...just incase my period was a mistake and I was pregnant after all :rotfl::rotfl: You gotta laugh sometimes. :o

OH is at a football tournament so I am busy buying dresses online. I need something for my friends wedding at the beginning of September so that's my excuse.

Speaking of temps...mine have been lower in this hot weather.... 35.4 yesterday  I read that less than 35 is considered the onset of hypothermia so there really has to be something wrong me with. I checked it a couple of times and on 2 different thermometers too. Anyone know of any causes of low temp?

Hope everyones had a good evening and Jen positive vibes for you. come and let us know what your scan reveals and we will all have our fingers crossed in the mean time:A

After reading that webpage the other day Im not convinced our general temps are that low anyway.

But i guess 35.4 is pretty low if youve never had it that low before i.e its not normal for you.

Wikipedia fountain of all knowledge says that the body needs to be 35C to function ok. So I dont think youre about to get too cold yet :rotfl:

    "Hypothermia is defined as any body temperature below 35.0 °C (95.0 °F). It is subdivided into four different degrees, mild 32–35 °C (90–95 °F); moderate, 28–32 °C (82–90 °F); severe, 20–28 °C (68–82 °F); and profound at less than 20 °C (68 °F).[10"

So try to stop thinking about it, maybe go out in the sun for a bit lol?
My face does get a bit wet in the shower / when I wash my hair but other than that I don't wash my face in the morning. My face isn't greasy at all in the morning in fact my skin is usually very tight and dry.

I always take all my make up off at night as I have read the same thing.

Not been able to read over the last couple of days so off to catch up now xx

I feel really disgusting until Ive washed my face but then thats cos its greasy in the morning. So hopefully your spots will get sorted quickly if you dont have that problem :)

Could someone check my charts im v worried by so many fluctuations.

Im not gonna b a mom who wants this useless dust?

    Your chart looks completely normal.

I mean this in the nicest possible way-you are worrying way too much about thinking about your chart and cycles too much when theres nothing wrong with them - according to your chart (obviously Im not a doctor so Im just going on that). Stress will not help!

Youve got 'normal' cycle lengths, and a normal looking chart.

It looks like your temp is dropping as you come to the end of your luteal phase. Thats supposed to happen.:)

Have you read the guides that FF send you when you start charting? Maybe they would help you feel more reassured.
  • Time2deal - your garden looks amazing. Our garden looked lovely a few weeks back after I spent loads of time in it but I get bored having to continually pull out weeds etc, I just wish you only had to do it once and it stayed like that!!

Glad you are feeling better RazWaz.

Keeping everything crossed for you Jen.

Tea lover – I am so busy at work at the moment, the only plus point is that the day goes in quite quickly (mostly!!) I don't really like my job much but had my mid year appraisal this week and got a pretty good report, am obviously doing something right!!

My OH got his biospy results through and there wasn't enough of a sample so they are going to do a different procedure next time. We are waiting on the date coming through, it will be done under general anethetic. Although ttc is important I need to make sure my OH is ok, bless him he bd'd when I asked this month just to try and give us the best chance.

    ((Hugs)) to all

Rumfeeble, thanks :) Finally getting somewhere with the fertility specialist now, and should be getting clomid at the beginning of september, providing my tubes etc are clear on the upcoming hsg and scan :D hope you find some pma...

Congratulations jen :D - hope everything goes well with the scan. I've been waiting for that announcement almost as long as you, so can only imagine the extremes of emotions you have... :o I'll keep an eye out for how it goes for you :)

    Congratulations Jen! :j

BZ - I'm waiting to start the Metformin as I get married in 3 and half weeks and do not want to be poorly or have the runs (as everyone has said it is quite likely) while I am away.
My stomach is bad at the best of times so am not doing anything to jeopardise the big day!!!!! :rotfl:
Fair enough, I can understand that. I personally found it settled within 3 weeks, and I have IBS too. I weaned myself onto them by building up the dose - might be worth thinking about when you do start them :)

Perhaps something you use to remove your makeup is drying out your skin and then your skin is fighting to regain equilibrium by producing too much oil, resulting in spots? Maybe try a light moisturiser before bed?

    Good luck COMP :D

You normally get a positive opk the day before ov. So yes you are prob 10dpo. So only 10% of a BFP showing.

Morning ladies. Thanks claire16c for your sensible response and reassurance. Hopefully I can hold off poas for a few days now!

Rumfeeble, you made me smile with your reply - I was even tempted to go searching the cupboards for custard :)
Thanks to atton & lilymay too xx

Hopefully I'll be in a better mood today!
Have a good day everyone xx
  • Morning all. My chart is not triphasic - yesterday was a blip. oh well.

Just realised I've not congratulated Jen on your BFP - hope your scan goes ok x

COMP - Yr chat is still looking really good. Yr well above the coverline still. I think you should do a test tomorrow with FMU :j:j

Definately Blonde - Awwww, how frustrating for you and yr OH :( Hope the results come back good from the 2nd biopsy. Its so hard waiting for results and then being let down when they aren't ready or need retesting. Big hugs for you both. Bless yr OH for still BDing tho :A

Lilymay - Did you buy any dresses? Piccies? Ps, step away from Dr Google or you will be convincing yourself of all sorts of things

Applepie - Big hugs for your bad day yesterday. Hope today is much better for you. I told my DH he was going to marry me, because he wanted to get married before having babies, so I didn't wait for him to propose - just got cracked on with organising it :rotfl: We were only together for 2 years when I started organising it, but nearly 3 years when we married. I knew I didn't have ages to faf about waiting for him cos my clock is ticking and I didn't really want a giagantic gap between DD and a sibling. Shes 6 now, and the gap is just getting bigger and bigger between her and a potential sibling :o

AFM - I didn't have to pee in a bottle this morning :j:j:j Got my letter through saying I'm normal (little do they know, mwahahaha) so I am now on fortnightly testing and will need to send a sample next friday instead. I did feel slightly naughty going to the loo without my jug this morning, but very excited too :rotfl: Looking forward to 'my' molar nurse coming back off holiday so we can discuss TTC. You get used to certain people as I ring them at least once per week, so I don't like talking to any of the other nurses about things like that as I feel like Annie (my nurse) knows me a little more.

So excited for going away this weekend. If only I didn't have to go to pesky work first.... Altho won't have to worry about that for much longer as I am going to be one of the 100 UK millionaires tonight :p:D:rotfl:

Hope everyone has a lovely weekend xx
 Married my lobster in July 2011

TTC # 2 since Oct 2011 - good things come to those who wait :o

 2013 is going to be our lucky year
