Please, someone slap me!! I've just poas and now I'm feeling even more down than I was before.....
Also doubting now when I actually ov'd so hopefully someone can put my mind at rest. I had pos opk on Sun 15th so I'm now thinking I probably ov'd on 16th, maybe 17th? So I would actually only be 9 or 10dpo - is this right?
I think I'm having a bad day - chickened out of going to slimming world as I've done nothing but at all week. Then found out my cousin got engaged this afternoon - happy for her but I've been with oh for 8.5yrs, it should be my turn. And my sister has 2 lovely children, my little brother is off to Majorca with his dad, mum's just come back off holiday, oh is out with mates and I'm at home on my own AS USUAL0 -

You normally get a positive opk the day before ov. So yes you are prob 10dpo. So only 10% of a BFP showing.0 -

Yes. I have an alarm clock in my room, and it was 28C in the bedroom last night. Thank goodness we didnt want to BD because it would not have happened - DH slept downstairs he was so hot!:rotfl:I just feel completely stuck here. Atm I need time off for FS appts and obv I hope to be pg soon, so it just doesn't seem like the right time to be moving jobs. It doesn't help that I'm not even remotely interested in what I do and would love to do something else but have no idea what! I'm paying most of the household bills for now while OH pays off his debts so I can't leave as we're relying on my salary to pay the mortgage.
There is literally nothing to do. I have one busy week at the start of each month when there's loads of reports to do but the rest of the time I literally do nothing, and it's driving me mad.
Could you ask your boss for more work? Without making it sound like they should be making your position redundant??0 -

I POAS on CD4....you know...just incase my period was a mistake and I was pregnant after all :rotfl::rotfl: You gotta laugh sometimes.
OH is at a football tournament so I am busy buying dresses online. I need something for my friends wedding at the beginning of September so that's my excuse.
Speaking of temps...mine have been lower in this hot weather.... 35.4 yesterday  I read that less than 35 is considered the onset of hypothermia so there really has to be something wrong me with. I checked it a couple of times and on 2 different thermometers too. Anyone know of any causes of low temp?
Hope everyones had a good evening and Jen positive vibes for you. come and let us know what your scan reveals and we will all have our fingers crossed in the mean time:A14th October 201020th October 20113rd December 20130 -
COMP - Your chart had a fallback rise, implantation dip and is triphasic
sorry, not helping with the ss am I?
No - not helping at all! I am resisting poas though. No testing until Monday.
I seem to recall low temperatures can be thyroid related but I i might be making that up...
Tinks - my parents have a couple of pews in their hallway. They're great. Wish we had the space for something like thatDon't worry about typing out my username - Call me COMP(Unless you know my real name - in which case, feel free to use that just to confuse people!)0 -
Isnt your face all greasy in the morning? Or is that just mine :rotfl: I couldnt even think of putting make up on my skin unwashed? Or do you just mean you use a face wipe or something and not actually wash it with water?
Ive always read its fine to wear make up every day, as long as you take it off at night. It wont give you spots. Its also good protection from the sun, so good for preventing wrinkles.
My face does get a bit wet in the shower / when I wash my hair but other than that I don't wash my face in the morning. My face isn't greasy at all in the morning in fact my skin is usually very tight and dry.
I always take all my make up off at night as I have read the same thing.
Not been able to read over the last couple of days so off to catch up now xx0 -

How early is slightly early?
I'll be 12DPO on the 31st, so if it is BFP, might show up by then.
fingers crossed... I'm 36 in August, and really had hoped to be pregnant by then!0
