Thank you for your reassurance ladies, I've just resigned myself to it taking a long time to happen for us. Thanks :)

    Hugs for cd1 tinks xx

Glad you had a lovely weekend birdie how's the car?!

Car's great thanks! We used to argue about who *had* to drive... this weekend we were arguing about who *got* to drive! :D

Hope your cycle sorts itself out soon :) I had 4 annoyingly long cycles (~50 days) but lunaception changed all that. Can't recommend it enough, changed my life! :)

Sorry the witch got you Tinks :(

    ((hugs)) for CD1 Tinks :(

atton - I never get on well with OPKs, I don't think I've ever had a positive! But temp rise has confirmed ovulation, so it doesn't mean you are not ovulating, it could just mean that you are missing the hormone surge which the tests are checking for.

lilymay - fingers crossed for you, and :T for longer LP!

lemonmelon and birdie - glad you had nice relaxing weekends away. It's important to do things like that to keep you sane and enjoy time with your OH!

teamlowe - ((hugs)) for strange AF/not AF! I wonder if the hycosy has changed things a bit? can you wait until tomorrow to go for the blood tests?

CD2 here :( Waiting for a letter from the doctor so that I can book in to get my ovaries scanned and checked for PCOS.

Morning all - hugs for AF tinks, and anyone else I missed.

Back from our cruise holiday - it was amamamazing! We had such a lovely time and no TTC BDing, just the way it used to be before we started trying.

So this month I decided to lay off the pills, temping, OPKing, everything, so far I had EWCM with blood in it on CD9, and its continued every day to CD14 today. The brown CM - wonder what it means to get bloody CM so early? I think I ov yesterday though as (ok I sneaked a temp in to know whether to BD before OH went to work!) and my temp was quite high so I think I ov CD13 as normal..

I have to admit, doing it this way, without all the TTC stuff has been soo much more relaxing, mainly Ive just been going by EWCM. I think I'll continue this for a few months and see what happens.

Has anyone else had blood streaked CM 5 days before ov and what does it mean? i thought you only saw blood CM when the egg is released??

PS I would totally recommend a cruise holiday for anyone this summer, we got hot sunny days every day and its prob the only bit of proper sun we'll see all summer! lol
We got rid of the kids. The cat was allergic. ;)

Oh, how annoying - sorry, I didn't realise you'd already been for the test! Have you done a pregnancy test just to check?

    Morning ladies :-)

So a bit of TMI for you all but someone may shed some light.

On Thursday at around 12pm I got AF... It's was dark brown and like old blood, it was a light period and I was very surprised at the amount. I got cramps for the rest of the day and bloating. Friday came and again very light period and brown with some blobs of red. By Saturday morning nothing at all! So all in all it was a 36hour AF!

Really thought it would be longer than that.

    Quick PCOS/lack of AF question.......

I'm nearing the 100 day mark now and I'm getting a bit desperate. Where's my AF? I've been taking my Metformin again lately but nothing's happening. Can anyone recommend anything? Are there any particular vitamins that I should try?

The only thing I know that brings a AF is sex. But somehow I don't think that's what you meant fannyanna ;D

Going to view the house we are interested in later, so a bit excited. Got fed up waiting for the estate agent who was faffing around, as we know the neighbours. Hubby popped over and asked if we could have a look around.

  • Almost spat my tea over my monitor this morning. Email from my brother: "Are you pregnant?"

He got a one worded (with caps lock on) answer. NO!

((hugs)) - some people's tact is amazing. My MIL wrote on one of her friend's facebook walls the other day about how much she wants grandchildren - and that her son has been married for a number of years, so 'here's hoping'. If only 'hoping' got you pregnant.
