Maybe he didn't want to worry you? Not a good thing to do, but sometimes men can be a bit wallyish when they mean well..IYKWIM?

Am too thinking about not using OPKs this month, know when I seem to ovu and not even tried temping yet.But I got them so it don't hurt. Might try temping at a later stage. Doing shift work there is no way I can get up at 5.30 every morning to temp. Am one of those once am awake. Rather not temp than be too tired to BD due to lack of sleep :D

I am so with you all on trying to get the OH to BD more regularly - I'm not always up for it but when I am it always seems to be when he is not.
When I came home from the doc and told him that in no uncertain terms that we had to do it every other day, he seemed really pleased but the reality is a different story. Whenever I try and instigate things of an evening, he always says he 'I'm a bit tired tonight, how about tomorrow' but then tomorrow brings the same excuse. The annoying thing is, he always goes on about really wanting a baby and I end up feeling guilty that I havent fallen pg yet but what chance have I got? You'd think with the problems I have, he'd be up for giving everything the best chance but I feel like I'm fighting a losing battle.
I feel like there are so many things against us at the moment that it's never going to happen. I just wish he understood but I dont know how to get through to him!

Squirrel, now long has that been your signature? I have never noticed it before and now Iam overwhelmed with jealousy! I bet it'll be fab for you x x

I keep ringing the clear blue lady, then she's ringing me, we keep missing each other! I want to get started with it, or at least have the stuff to play with lol

DH is in a ridiculous grump tonight so he's being ignored.i have a sharp pain in my left boob which can apparently be stress related. That's the last place I expected stress to manifest itself lol

DH's appetite waxes and wanes. He's been sex pesting again this weekend but I had to say no as I was I'll. Did make me laugh though, Friday night he pulled me in for a big cuddle and I thought mmm nice but then he went 'hey sexy b*tch' so his true intentions became clear. So it was a swift no and as always he fell straight back to sleep. Well, I says as always, Saturday night he was at it again and I said 'no cos I'm really ill'he says 'oh I know, I understand' then starts circling his hand on my knickers, something he only does in these situations.half asleep men are not good lovers lol x x

    Evening ladies! :hello:

QQ, sorry to hear your news. But it's good to read you being so positive about things and that everything seems to be baby-friendly down there! :D

Thanks everyone for all your weight loss advice! :T Plenty of food for thought there, literally! :)

Congratulations tattoo on your BFP! :j

tinkwings, that's very strange he didn't tell you, guess he didn't want to worry you?

Have had a busy few days - saw Michael McIntrye on Saturday night. Was feeling PMSy and had convinced myself my period was gonna come early (thought maybe the holiday confused my cycle) so DH said well if I put a pad on at least there'd be protection if I peed myself laughing! :T:rotfl: But I managed to control myself. :o He was very funny though! :D

Then saw my dad and stepdad yesterday for father's day, which was nice. Arranging to see FIL in a few weeks time as he lives away from here.

Today we went to a funeral to support my aunt as her mum had died. It was very sad, but got me thinking about life and death and how precious life is. One of my cousins told me afterwards that she was so pleased to see me when she walked in to the chapel that she cried, bless her. Was so glad I could be there to give out hugs and tissues.

I know there's a lot of pressure on them to perform so we shouldn't be too mean, but really, all I'm asking for is regular sex - I am taking folic acid, on a high protein/low carb diet, drinking grapefruit juice every day, cutting down on caffeine and alcohol, weeing on sticks, shoving a thermometer in my mouth every morning, sticking my finger up my ***** to see what my cm is like.......... If all I had to do was have sex, I'd be quite happy!!!

:o Glad I'm not the only one!:rotfl:

Planning to watch the footie tomorrow night, and I hear Wayne Rooney is playing. My mum has given him a nickname 'the thug with the rug' PMSL! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Talking of getting DHs to do some BDing, DH doesn't usually get it very often so his reaction to planned BDing (it's not always planned) his response is 'WAHEY!' He can't get his pants off quick enough. Bless him. :o

Just watching Bear Grylls on the telly, he really is a pillock! :rotfl: He just ate a huge bug and complained because it tasted rancid *rolls eyes*

Before that we watched the programme about the sextuplets who are now grown up, they showed footage from when they were babies, they were tiny and sooooo cute!!! :)

Anyway, sorry for the long post. :o

Hope everyone is ok and hugs to everyone who needs one. :)

    Who's next to test? :D

Tempted fate massively on Saturday as we've booked an expensive holiday to Florida in November :j We're staying here and it looks amazing, only Disney could create an African savannah in Orlando! :D If I get PG at least we can spend a lot of time at the hotel looking at the animals, will take the sting out of not being allowed to go on any fun rides! :)

Wow, that place looks fab! :)

thank you for the help and i am so sorry for the ups and downs
