Firstly my seizures are due to me not being able to take sugar as i starved myself when i met my oh to the point were my only intake was coke the full sugar kind and 6 - 9 bottles a day.

I am seeing a nutritionalist thank you and i do try to aim for the 1500 calories women are supposed to have a day. I normally sleep throgh breakfast get up have a coffee go for a walk as i have things to do then home but if i am hungry i eat.

I am unable to eat fruit as i cant have fructose as well as added sugars. I gave the advice my nutritionalist gave me that was all

I have had anorexia, i starved my body two years ago to the point of getting down to a size -2 i was having to wear childrens clithes and even then they were too big. Now i am a size 12 in dresses and 14 in trousers which to me is huge but apparantly healthy. I do a dvd called ministry of sound pump it up and dirty dancing dnce moves which are fun to do so you don't feel like you are exercising.

I drink loads of water a day and i try to keep active some days i go over and some days i struggle to get to even 500 calories but i was just giving some pointers from my NUTRITIONALIST. If i ever get pregnabt i would take my intake up

Yes i seriously want a baby and apparantly i am healthy. I have a regular period 25 - 26 day cycle and i am 5ft which means i need less calories to loose weight

I would like the chance to have a baby and i want a baby to give my love to. Also to do a better job than what my mom who jad munchousens disease and my step mom didnt love me as i wasnt hers.

My family ie my biological mom and her sister had trouble conceiving so yes i woukd love a baby to the point it crushes me when i get af and i am not crash dieting or starving my body i have lots of vegetables even as snacks when i get peckish

    Nikky out

Is your nutritionist backed by any professional body, i.e. is she a dietician? I'm a bit of a cynic about some 'medical' terms and I know that anyone can call themselves a 'nutritionist' if they like - it doesn't actually mean much.

Well done for losing the weight and for trying to eat more healthily than you have done in the past. I just feel a little alarmed when I read that people skip meals - that's never a good way to keep the weight off once you've lost it.

she is a dietician at warwick hospital, what i like about her is she doesnt pull any punches and she even spent £70 of her own money on a book that tells u the sugar content of every item of food you could ever need to know
